DECT 6.0 Plus Technology [Exclusive Feature]
Takes the superb sound quality and outstanding range of DECT 6.0 phones to a new level. We've increased the frequency of error correction up to 80x, improving sound quality and extending transmission range.

Talking Caller ID
Hear who's calling from across the room. Panasonic phones featuring Talking Caller ID announce caller ID information in between rings so you don't have to stop what you're doing to answer unwanted calls.

Designed for Ease of Use
Innovative, user-friendly features make keeping in touch easier than ever. A large LED light atop the handset lets you know when someone calls, perfect for when you can't hear the ringer, and an easy-to-read, extra-wide LCD display lets you see who's calling at a glance. Bigger buttons make dialing a breeze while an amplified handset volume ensures you catch every word, even when there's background noise.

Intelligent Eco Mode
This feature automatically lowers the power consumption when you're using the handset close to the base unit. Not only does it extend the available talk time, it's good for the environment. When less power is used by the handset to communicate with the base unit, battery life is prolonged which results in less frequent charging and can result in fewer batteries in landfills.

Tone Equalizer
Everyone hears differently. To maximize clarity or accommodate hearing loss, Panasonic added Tone Equalizer control to select models. This exclusive feature actually lets you adjust bass, mid-range or treble tones in a caller's voice for maximum clarity.

Call Block
Store the Caller ID info of any and all unwanted callers into your phone's Call Block list so that you can eliminate future pesky calls from them. After their information is stored, they'll get a busy signal if they call you again.

3 out of 5 eggspower adapter issues

Pros: Most hand sets work fine, good audio quality. This system speaks incoming caller ID number or names (if in address book), which is avery nice feature.

Cons: Two power suppy bricks went bad and had to be replaced a couple of month after start of service

Other Thoughts: Do not throw out your box or receipts, you may need them for warranty

1 out of 5 eggsPanasonic Phone

Pros: Works well for about a year

Cons: So far 2 cradles have malfunctioned. Panasonic sent me a new one and now i am trying to get 3 more because a second one has failed and i am afraid the other two will fail also.

4 out of 5 eggsObvious is missed

Pros: Lots of handsets, great sound, big screen, uses standard rechargeable batteries.

Cons: Just one: the wall mount for the base unit is basically useless unless you're more than six-foot tall. The base unit is excellent for setting on a desk, but when wall-mounted is almost useless, and that's how I want it set up. I'm 5'11" and I can't read the number of messages display without standing tip-toe right in front of the machine. Unless your wall jacks are below the standard five feet off the floor.

Other Thoughts: Still love Panasonic phones. The wall mount things is just a total lack of common sense on behalf of the designers.

5 out of 5 eggsBest set I've owned.

Pros: Sound quality is great. There are so many features. The battery life on the phones seem to be doing just fine, but honestly, they sit on their docks about 99% of the time. Large display makes it easy to read without picking up the phone.

Cons: No cons after owning these for eight months. They work great for me. I can put a phone anywhere in my house, and the phone stays connected. Works great for my VOIP service. The answering machine works great. The build of the phones are all sturdy and don't feel cheap. The handsets are lightweight and comfortable to use.

Other Thoughts: To be honest, I have not tried out many of the features this phone has, but definitely plan to use such as link-to-cell. The large message light the lights up on top of all phones does not bother me like others. The blink rate is very slow, so that it isn't annoying.

This replaced my old Panasonic phone/answeringmachine that still worked, but was just outdated in its quality and features. I am quite happy that I got this product, one of the best purchases of the year.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Choice

Pros: Excellent home phone to use. We use it as a VoIP device and take advantage of just about every feature it has from Bluetooth to cellular phone book uploading to voicemail. We have owned it since March 2013 with ZERO issues. If you know where to place home base, program it, and read the user manual - it should be a no-brainer! We downloaded the pdf version of the manual for easy search capabilities and convenience.

Cons: Usually I have something for this section but I do not for this product. Make sure you know what you are buying and that it fits what you want it for.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat system, one tiny flaw

Pros: Sounds great, huge buttons, breeze to set up, easy to read manual

Cons: Does not import all phone numbers from Android device

Other Thoughts: The price is very good for what you're getting. Don't know why it mentions it has only one handset, it certainly comes with 5!

It was a breeze to set up, though the import numbers feature did not work with my Android phone. It uses Gmail contacts, but it only imported a few numbers which I think were still sitting in the SIM card itself.

Overall, this is great quality for the price, the buttons are nice and big and the handsets are illumiated very well for calls in the dark. Highly recommended!

Pros: These are very nice and they can connect with your cell phone which is an awesome thing these days. I now can answer my home phone and save my battery on my cell when I`m home

Cons: None at this time I would recommend these to anyone they rock

Other Thoughts: I wish the belt clips were a little better but that`s not effecting the phone in anyway. Great phones buy you some you will be happy

4 out of 5 eggsWorks Great Most of the Time

Pros: Bluetooth connectivity
Ample number of receivers

Cons: Bluetooth can be finicky (see review)
No text message notification

Other Thoughts: I have had this phone for about two months now. I do not use it for a landline--only for my cell phone. I have the cell phone linked to this house phone, so when my cell phone rings, all phones in the house ring.

First, let me say that the bluetooth system in this phone is MUCH more reliable than the 5-year-old V-TECH this phone replaced. But it is not perfect. I have to remember a few tricks to get 100% reliability.

First, my cell phone cannot be more than 30 or 40 feet from the main base. If it is farther away than that, the quality of the connection will either be really bad (crackly) or the cell phone will not stay connected to the unit.

Second, if I am going to be home for more than a day without leaving the house (i.e., weekends), I must manually unpair my cell phone and re-pair it. I do this from my cell phone and it only takes a few seconds. It seems that the bluetooth signal degrades over time and the cell and house phones will say they are paired when they are really not. I have forgotten to do this on occasion, and even though the house phone rings when my cell phone rings, I get dead air when I answer the call. And it also helps if I turn off my cell phone about once a week because that resets the bluetooth strength from the cell phone, too. So it's not all the house phone's fault.

Third, I have Ford vehicles that link to my cell phone through SYNC. Before I leave the house, I manually unpair my cell phone from the house phone to allow my car to take over the bluetooth connection. I also do this from my cell phone and it only takes a few seconds. What is neat is that the house phone will automatically re-pair with my cell phone once I turn off the car when I am home (within about one minute). So I have to be sure to unpair my phone under a minute before I start the car.

Other than that, the phones were very easy to set up, the instructions were reasonably easy to follow, and I've had very good reliability with the bluetooth connection. Like I said, I just have to be sure to follow my three tricks to get that 100% reliability.

The one feature I wish this phone had was notification if I receive a text message. My car does it, why can't the phone?

5 out of 5 eggsVery good

Pros: Best cordless phones I've owned. Plenty of options in the programming and setup. Power saving mode, so batteries last a lot longer than my previous phones.

Cons: None.

5 out of 5 eggsOutstanding

Pros: Was hesitant to order phones without having them in my hands to see & feel the quality. I've had several Panasonic phones in the past, as well as Uniden and others. The Panasonics have never disappointed before, so I took a chance based on the great ($90) price. Could not be happier with a purchase. Sound quality and the distance these phones will carry a clear signal with is outstanding, best I have ever used. Simply features, and large buttons and display make it easy to read and see what you are doing. I've been at both ends of these phones, as caller and receiver of a call, and the clarity is better than any cordless phone I have used. I have not used the bluetooth functions, or cellphone forwarding, and probably won't. Cell phone is always in my pocket, so why bother? I would highly recommend these phones based on having used them so far. Should have ordered them a year ago!

Cons: Wish the base could hang flat on the wall like the older Panasonic base units did. No one will hange these large base units on a wall, a waste of money to include the "adaptor" to allow you to do that.
