The Panasonic KX-TGE245B expandable digital cordless answering system with five handsets facilitates your daily communication at home or in your office. The improved DECT 6.0 PLUS technology provides enhanced voice quality and a longer range, while the Enhanced Noise Reduction suppresses background noise and amplifies the voice for crystal-clear conversations. DECT 6.0 PLUS technology The Panasonic KX-TGE245B features an enhanced version of DECT 6.0 technology. The transmission quality and range are improved by increasing the frequency of error correction up to 80x.
Enhanced Noise Reduction The Enhanced Noise Reduction not only suppresses background noise around the caller but also simultaneously enhances their voice, making it easier to hear them. That means the next time your teenager calls you from a concert or a friend calls from a noisy ballgame, you’ll actually be able to hear him/her.
Advanced TAD Functions Panasonic keeps you in touch with Advanced Answering Device Functions on select models. Now you can be alerted to recorded messages whether you're at home or on the road. When a caller records a message, the base unit will beep alerting those in the house. Not at home? The phone will automatically send a message to a registered cell- or office phone, along with playback options.

The phone that I, I have received the Spanish language and English Is it possible to have these phones with French and English or others. This is very important for our family. Device locator. Large keypad and digital displays. Cons: Narrow flimsy base makes replacing handset difficult. I doubt this set will last as long as last Panasonic (5-6 years of light to medium use). What a difference ! It has many new features and main think is a quality of sound and distance you can walk far from the base - without disappearing. Cons: Would be good idea to make it in colors. This review is from: Panasonic KX-TGE244B 1.9 GHz DECT 6.0 4X Handsets Expandable Digital Cordless Answering System with 4 Handsets Integrated Answering Machine Pros: Phone gets good reception in a 3600 sq foot ranch plus in basement (additional 1200 sq foot). Sound quality good. Has more features than any one person needs. Should not interfere with WiFi. Cons: The AC adapters on the phone chargers (not main unit) are hard wired into the stand. If you are trying to run your power supply through a narrow hole to your ac outlet you may have difficulty as I did with one desk I wanted to put a charging stand on. Some engineer saved a nickel but cost a lot of headache for there customer. The locate cell button is a gimmick - nothing but a speed dialer button. Other Thoughts: Has a range extender optional accessory and a key locator accessory.
