Pros: This is a good phone sounds great but unit base stops working and Panasonic customer service needs a wake up call. I had to call is on some issues and each time I had to reply to the same questions and many. Wasted a lot of time repeating the same reply's. Once you have my name and number do not keep asking on ever call no matter simple a question was being asked , I am sorry that is rued .

Cons: 2012-03-18 I have had many Panasonic phone and loved them, BUT this unit is of a faulty built. Base unit blows out after about 3 months. It seems to be only with this model base unit. STAY away from this model. I do not have problems with other Panasonic models just this one and was not happy with customer service needs a wake up call. Pros: Ideal for aging parents, these phones are just great overall. Features that get the most praise: Spoken caller ID, telemarketer blocking, plenty of handsets and large print on the LCD.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Having lots of handsets is actually a safety feature for older people, since they won't fall down while trying to make it to a ringing phone in another room if they already have a handset right next to them.

Pros: It works.

Cons: I love Panasonic phones but not these. They reverb and on two of the receivers the finish on buttons are wearing off. We are not phone people, so if you use the phone a lot you definitely don't want them!

Other Thoughts: Just happen to think.....need to find out what the warranty is on these..........if there is a warranty.

Other Thoughts: Works great, keys are backlight and very easy to read - even in the dark. The backlight key feature is not spelled out in the literature nor is there a picture showing how it looks. Even though the keys are silver with black letters in the light, the orange backlight shows through the silver, making the keys very easy to read in the dark. The sound on these phones is also very clear. I bought these to replace my worn out Panasonic KX-TGA931T phones and for the record the old phones are not recognized by the new base-station - if anybody was wondering about compatibility.

Cons: After purchasing less than a month, the base unit becomes faulty and keep blinking. Unable to receive any calls from outside. Unable to register product online either.

Pros: I like having the window, telling you the phone number in advance. All 5 handsets work well, and it's very nice having one in each room. The time display and incoming phone numbers are large enough for these old eyes to see from 10 feet away: a big help.

Cons: There's a feature where the phone voices the name of who is calling. I haven't understood the name once. If it doesn't work any better I'll figure out how to turn it off.

Pros: replaces old system with similar features large numbers easy to read

Pros: Ability to block 250 incoming phone call numbers.

Other Thoughts: Although I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST, annoying calls still continued to ring my phone. This phones ability to block 250 phone numbers was the selling point for me. The minute phone arrived, I programmed the annoying numbers. My phone has virtually gone silent since doing so.
