Pros: I am the security electronics administrator of a jail and had bought a few of these phones to test for use by our officers in the inmate housing units. By nature jail is rough on many things and our industry type cordless phones were just not surviving. So far these have been perfect! I just recently purchased 5 more and will eventually replace all our "industry phones" as they fail...only 19 more to go.
They are impact and dust resistant and best of all they are completely waterproof and the charging system is contactless. Basically the phone is using powermat technology.....inductive energy transfer.....which makes this phone even better. No more cleaning charging contacts or worries over damaged contacts. It's just one less thing to worry about. The signal is also great inside the large housing units and no interference occurs with our electronics or with all the metal our building contains. If it survives in a jail environment it will survive just about anything!

Cons: Zero known issues.

Other Thoughts: Jail tested and jail approved.
The rubber sides makes this phone easy to handle in wet and dry conditions.
