Pros: Does everything described from what we can tell.

Cons: This phone has a L1/L2 and a L3/L4 port but no L1/L2/L3/L4 and does not take Cat5e cables. We have all three of our lines from one port in the wall, if you have it from two ports you'd be fine but we don't so back it goes.
Aproper collection of photos could solve most problems.

Pros: Many options and 16 one-touch auto-dial numbers
Scan through missed calls

Cons: Speakerphone. I do not understand how this can go unmentioned by others on NewEgg. The speakerphone is completely useless. It does not catch the first several spoken words, and drops words intermittently. We have 4 units in our office, and all 4 exhibit the same behavior. Because of this, I admittedly have not gotten familiar with the other features, as I cannot wait for the day where we join the present century and either go VOIP or get a decent phone system that can at the very least, allow conferencing over the base unit.

Pros: I liked all aspects of this phone except the very fundamental fact that the speakerphone didn't work.

Cons: When I first plugged in the phone, the speakerphone worked great, but the only way to keep it working so well was to continually unplug and replug the power cord.

Pros: Works great, nice price, nice sound quality, great features.

Cons: None really, see comments - see my review of 1080 regarding answer machine option

Other Thoughts: Understand this system is multiple connected individual phones, hence no central memory phone numbers (replacing Spirit system that had features of a cohesive system that worked well for 20+ years!). Each phone needs a power brick - more of an issue with wall mount. Only supports 2 lines per cable - again more of an issue with wall mount.

Pros: Very clean and smart to recognize multiple signals on one cord with no audio bleed between lines.

Cons: Caller I'd does not work with Vonage VoIP. It inserts an extra "1" infront of the existing "1" for long distance so you can't return calls from caller I'd. You also can't edit the nber to store in speed dial so all outgoing calls have to be dialed manually. At&T reported known issue with no fix or workaround. :-(

Other Thoughts: Is this really a non VoIP compatible unit sold in 2010? Why wouldn't att offer a firmware fix or advise incompatible wi VoIP? This makes a solid unit with clean lines and technology worthless. Especially for a phone marketed to small business customers... I checked issue on same line with other phones. This anomaly is positively unique to this device.

Pros: For me, the cool backlit LCD, 2.5mm headset jack, message waiting indicator on all lines(if you have VM through the phone co. ), sturdy construction, and sound clarity are the largest pros, but there are so many additional features with this phone that this list can go on and on.

Cons: None that I can think of.... perhaps price can be a little lower?

Other Thoughts: Bought this at a local large electronic store. I have two lines, one for personal and one for business. This phone lets me access both lines from one unit, with room for two more lines if it ever comes to that. Just a great phone all around. I may get another.

Pros: Phone can basically do anything

Cons: No hold music only the 1080 has it
