Pros: Professional looking; good (high) angle on the desk; nicely weighted handset; good voicemail menu and features
Cons: Huge, hard-to-press dialing buttons; poor outgoing sound quality, especially on the speaker phone; Line 1 doesn't ring audibly then Line 2 is in use
Other Thoughts: I really wanted to like this phone. Aesthetically, it's the nicest one I could find. It is chockful of features that I want, like one-touch speed dialing buttons, independent voice mail systems on the two lines, conference calling, and speaker phone with mute. Unfortunately, it has three fatal flaws that will cause me to get a different phone: 1) The number keys are ENORMOUS and very stiff. It's like you're dialing on a child's toy phone. If you dial quickly, you'll be very frustrated how surprisingly difficult it is to dial on this phone. You have to deliberately press each key quite firmly, and since the keys are so far apart, you have to move your whole hand instead of just pointing your finger. It sounds trivial, but when you make a lot of calls in a day, it's very annoying. 2) The outgoing sound quality is quite poor. People I called constantly complained that my voice was distorted (over-modulated) on the handset or muffled on the speakerphone with a bad echo. 3) If you
