Pros: Has decent features, display, headset jack, speaker.

Cons: Arrived broken or is simply unusable due to extremely loud, hyper-distorted sidetone (mic feedback in earpiece). When I talk I hear a very loud scratchy noise -- basically my voice as if fed through a totally broken amplifier -- in the earpiece, both on headset and handset. It makes conversation almost impossible, unless you say "over" like on a CB. We'll see if they send a replacement and if it works.
Also, when used with 1 line (they don't make a 1-line version), it always displays an error message that L2 is missing. That should be possible to turn off.
Looking at the CID log is also more complex than necessary.

Other Thoughts: NewEgg's RMA process is borked. It tries to get you to pay $19 for a UPS label to send back DOA junque, or you spend hours dealing with a fairly well hidden phone return number (I googled it) that eventually calls you back and with luck you get a UPS label in email at some point in the future. Not customer friendly at all.
Plus AAT's (the company that licenses the AT&T name) QC seems to be awful.

Pros: Great phone, love the features. very solid and well built.

Cons: Telephone cable port would be better placed at the top/back. A bluetooth option for the headset would be great.

Other Thoughts: This blows away my previous similar featured GE model. The GE would 'lock up' when a low pressure system came through the area.

Other Thoughts: I really wanted to like this phone. Aesthetically, it's the nicest one I could find. It is chockful of features that I want, like one-touch speed dialing buttons, independent voice mail systems on the two lines, conference calling, and speaker phone with mute. Unfortunately, it has three fatal flaws that will cause me to get a different phone: 1) The number keys are ENORMOUS and very stiff. It's like you're dialing on a child's toy phone. If you dial quickly, you'll be very frustrated how surprisingly difficult it is to dial on this phone. You have to deliberately press each key quite firmly, and since the keys are so far apart, you have to move your whole hand instead of just pointing your finger. It sounds trivial, but when you make a lot of calls in a day, it's very annoying. 2) The outgoing sound quality is quite poor.
