Packing is good too. Cons: Price, maybe?? You can probably save a few bucks elsewhere, but purchasing from Newegg is worth it. Other Thoughts: I have 22+ sets deployed (and counting) and so far only had 1 battery die after a month or so of use. No "humming" sound as another reviewer had. Did you find this review helpful? Decent range. Cons: Terrible background hum, very noticeable at all times even when standing within 3 feet of the base. Previous vtech dect 6 phone did not exhibit this behavior.
