Other Thoughts: If you're ok with a handset clipped to your waist and a cord attached to the headset, this is perfect. While not truly cordless in that sense, at half the price, the sound quality out performs most cordless headsets I've used.

Pros: Works everywhere in house.
Good volume and sound quality.

Other Thoughts: I am an audio professional and I'm happy with this unit. We have a 2-story home and have owned wireless phones of various brands, but none were able to provide coverage throughout the house, they all faded or had noise if you got too far from the base. This Plantronics phone must have a much stronger signal and/or receiver because it works 100% fine everywhere in the house and garage, the signal is very clear everywhere. Frankly, I was surprised at how well it works, the sound quality is actually better than the phones we've owned.

Pros: This headset phone is great for long calls for work, etc.

I just got off a three-hour call, and it barely made a dent in the battery life. (Albeit, the battery is brand new.) The range is good too. I walked out of the house and across the street, and the call stayed connected with good quality.

The headset is lightweight and comfortable with reasonable sound quality for a phone call.

Cons: The dial pad is small, so dialing is a little bit cumbersome.

Muting is not as easy as it could be. The mute button is a small button on the dial pad among many other buttons, so you have to think about which button you are pressing. A mute button on the headset or cord would have helped with that. I guess you can but a separate headset for that if needed.

Also, oddly, when you put the phone on the charger, it immediately hangs up the call. This is not too bad with the good battery life as long as you remember not to put the phone in the charge during a call.

Other Thoughts: Overall, this is a great headset phone that make working at home oh so much better than before.

Pros: Newegg's Price Point! Also, Quality Workmanship and Engineering went into this product. I've had four similar headset/phones since I started working from my home office in 2000. Owning an expensive Plantronic's phone was always a goal but I couldn't find the right person to approve the expense. I really don't know why I never thought to look for this phone on newegg.com. Sure am glad that I did. I thought I would have to pay $200 to Staples if I wanted one. Thank You Newegg.com!

Cons: The phone's interface is a bit kludge but I didn't expect a Smart Phone either.

Other Thoughts: Very happy I found the right person to approve this expense (me) and I can't thank myself enough for finally making the connection that I might just find this phone at a lower price than it is at Staples. Again, this headset phone is far superior than any of my previous headset phones.

Pros: Works great. Love that it fits in the palm of my hand, good sound quality.

Cons: Hard to read the digital display.

Other Thoughts: I purchased it for $85, I think it's pretty sad that in 2 weeks time, the price gets jacked up $30. :(

Pros: Great headset. Long distances without any issue. No background noise. Wireless receiver is small and compact.

Cons: First headset (not base or receiver) went defective within 2 weeks. Problem is the wifre where it connects to the earpiecce (not the receiver end) wears out.

Newegg promptly sent anotthe whole package to replace.

Other Thoughts: WIsh it had a speaker phone. I knew that it didn't before I bought so to be fair that is not a con.

Would be nice if the headset had mute on the headset wire. I have another Plantroics headset that has this so not a big deal. I am not using that headset and am keeping that as a back-up should this headset wear out again.

Pros: Small and lightweight

Cons: Buzzing sound is constantly in the background. Changed cords, different headset, moved to another room, tested on a different line, with and without DSL filter. Problem is definately in the phone.

Other Thoughts: Very disappointed in this. As soon as you start to dial out you hear the background noise. It continues when the party answers and throughout the entire call. Sounds like some interference being picked up by an unshielded circuit, but other phone didn't have that problem and it never goes away when moving through other areas of the house. Noise is too distracting to keep this one.

Cons: Key pad is small (not really a negative because I prefer its smaller size)

Pros: great phone, high level of volume, i have it halfway and sometimes my coworkers almost give me earbleeds, compact, durable, and small

Pros: Great hands-free cordless phone. I use one for my home office, and my wife also has one that she uses to talk while during household tasks. It's well built, has pretty good sound quality, and we've never had interference issues from other phones, WiFi, microwave, etc.

Cons: If you have speakerphone needs, you'll need a separate one.
