4 out of 5 eggsEh...

Pros: - I do like the bluetooth integration with my mobile. Base has a much stronger signal than lugging the cell and a headset around all day. However, I wish that incoming mobile calls would be forwarded to the house line rather than transferred. That would be nice not using minutes.
- Volume on the headset is pretty good. Last phone was barely audible even at the highest volume setting
- Can dial from base directly for speaker

Cons: - LCD display has a very limited viewing angle. Unless you are looking directly overhead of the base it is barely viewable
- No "Do Not Disturb" setting, I had this on my last phone and it's one of those things you don't realize how great it is until you don't have it anymore

Other Thoughts: - Even though the LCD display is hard to read, the backlight will stay lit when you have a message, this makes the unreadable LCD display a little better since I just have to notice the display lit up

Even though this seems to be a pretty high-tech phone, I'm torn between keeping it or returning it. I'm not distinctly impressed.

3 out of 5 eggsLS6245 12 Headset System

Pros: First the good:
Great looks
Nice sound quality
Excellent range

Cons: No "Handset Naming". How will you figure out where to page the sets that only have numbers assigned, even sets from 7 yrs ago had naming.

No "Room Monitor" function. Real letdown, again set from 7 yrs ago had it. No can do for multichild family.

Only one line. C'mon folks, i understand that you added BT but no second line on a 12 handset expandable system?

Other Thoughts: Background: 10 handset Uniden system, 7 years now, upgraded Energizer batts, 2 line VOIP.

Rationale for upgrade: both wife and I are on call a lot and hauling the DroidX's around the house is no fun, even with BT headsets.

Needless to say, everything packed up and returned, i don't care about restocking fee, halfxxx implementation sucks.

Conclusion: great idea, awesome ext. design, but just like a Creative sound card, the software engineers lagged behind the team, result is a half-baked pie that leaves a sour taste behind.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Excellent phone. Good volume and voice clarity on both ends. Looks awesome.

Cons: It's 100% touch-screen and takes a little getting used to. The menus on the phone are not in a very user-friendly configuration.

Other Thoughts: It's a work of art.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: This has been a great phone. The base has worked as state. It pairs up automatically with my bluetooth cell phone when it is in range.

Cons: Not a big deal but can't see the screen easily on any of the devices. Again, not a big issue for me.

4 out of 5 eggsNo complaints

Pros: Easy setup, sleek, stylish, sexy, modern, easy to setup.

Cons: Cannot activate the bluetooth connection from the handset.

Other Thoughts: So far so good, I'm not using the answering machine portion of this phone so I can't vouch for that. Aside from that this phone is great, it looks wonderful and works. I love the ability to be able to leave my cell phone charging and still be able to walk around and take calls. The single feature that I'd love to have would be to be able to easily activate the bluetooth connection from the handset or a quick one button press. I don't leave my bluetooth active on my cell phone so I have to go through the laborious menus of my cell to activate the connection and then activate the connection either through the vtech or through my cell. Not the end of the world, just kind of a pain.

4 out of 5 eggsNice Phone

Pros: It's pretty. It easily connected to my cell phone. No functional problems so far.

Cons: Back-lit keys on handset, but not on base. The phone and base are fingerprint magnets, although it does come with a cleaning cloth.
