Cons: I don't normally write reviews but this phone annoys me. From the beginning, I didn't like the ringers but that's nitpicking. I am not a fan of the UI. I can type pretty fast but the phone doesn't seem to register the selections/button presses fast enough. It just feels slow trying to navigate menus, phone book or missed calls. I can scroll through the entire list of missed call numbers but find that , it still says 2 missed calls. I have no idea why. and finally after 3 months and a couple days of ownership, one of the batteries has stopped charging. Luckily I have that second handset and was able to use that battery but if I didn't, I'd have to go out and spend more money on this phone. Can't say that I have much experience with Vtech but I'm definitely gonna stick to what I know from now on. Other Thoughts: Overall I'm not happy with this product but what can I do.
