4 out of 5 eggsWorks for a 1 line office phone

Pros: Handset is very clear, large keypad, easy to use, simple. If you need a single line office phone with no frills, this works.

Cons: A speakerphone would have been a nice touch. I was kind of expecting it, since it has a speaker grill under the handset rest. No big deal.

Other Thoughts: This phone replaced a cordless phone that drove me crazy since the batteries only lasted for about 30 minutes per charge, and that's after replacing the batteries every 6 months for $12 a pop. Sometimes a wired phone is a good thing!
