Pros: Great sound quality, both as a microphone and as a speaker.
Full-duplex means better conversations.

With this device I and my business partner can stay connected all day while we both pace around our offices and discuss things. Its really a freeing thing to be able to walk far away from my computer and continue the conversation.

Highly recommended if you are a regular Skype user.

It should work with any apps though, it presents as a generic microphone and speaker but its anything but generic!

Cons: None really, its awesome.

Pros: This device works well for the many Adobe Connect conferences I manage at the University. It picks up sound pretty well in all directions, although obviously it's better if the person speaking is facing the device and standing within a dozen feet. It also functions as a speaker so you can guarantee at least some listening capabilities for your conference. The cable is pretty long. Clearly labled mute button is easy to access.

Cons: A bit pricey. Had the connector get flaky on one unit (probably due to transporting it while it still had the plug in).
