Pros: Lightweight headset that provides clear audio. Easy to install.

Cons: Headset cord tangles easily. Phone connection cable too short.

Other Thoughts: For the price, these are pretty good headsets for occasional use. If you need something that you would need to wear for an entire shift, you would probably want to invest in a better model.

Pros: All the features are nice, mute button, volume control etc. The sound quality is nice. The headset rest is a great touch. Easy installation.

Cons: I mainly bought this for the sound dampening qualities and in this regards I knock an egg off. I work at as tech support and I work at home. My customers can still here my cockatoo squawking downstairs and a room away. The bird isn't that loud. When using the headset function after a few hours my ear will hurt and I need to switch. When using the earset it hangs loosely and I constantly need to adjust it. The cord gets tangled ALL the time.

Other Thoughts: It sure beat my $20 dollar headset from walmart but I was expecting better background sound dampening.

Pros: Great sound, comfortable headset. Evidently the sound on the receiving end is also ok.

Cons: The cord to the headset gets twisted. Evidently I turn it around every time I hang it up so that eventually it is so twisted I can hardly get it to my head. That would be an easy fix, Plantronics.

Pros: Great product, great service and prices from Newegg

Other Thoughts: We have this same model at our business and when we needed a replacement Newegg beat everyones price.

Pros: They seem happy with it and it was easy for them to figure out.
Little blue tip is helpful.

Cons: Doesn't cut down on personal calls...

Other Thoughts: This is our second unit. My staff liked the first one so much they specifically asked for the same thing.

Pros: Very clear audio quality.

Cons: You have to lift the handset. It doesnt seem to work with the ESI handset mode

Cons: I didn't order enough....fixing that now :)

Other Thoughts: My voip project was suffering from a wee bit of budget creep.

Had to buy some extra software I wasn't expecting...
Fortunately, I had budgeted $150/headset hoping that would get me enough sound quality to satisfy my pickiest users whose approval was essential.

I saw these, and gave them a shot.

The low price made me a little bit nervous, but brand name reputation convinced me to try one of these and an S11.

My users report sound quality is excellent, and volume is more than adequate.

While not an uber sound canceling headset, it works fine in my problem area - a tiny office with too many people crammed in it, with a door that constantly opens into a noisy production floor.

The cost savings on these put my project back on budget, and allows me to stock a ready spare - something for which I would otherwise lack budget.
