Cons: The audio quality is lost in its transit to the audio cables. Like all other Plantronics hardware it feels cheaper then what the price is. Plantronics apparently sells no hardware to hook any of their headsets up to computers. Also, don't let the name fool you, it does not work with all Plantronics headests. Other Thoughts: The product that worked for me in the end to connect my Plantronics headset (CS55) to my computer was the "Sennheiser CUIPC" not sold on Newegg (although I wish it was). Great sound, easy switching from phone to computer and back. Small but easy-to-find buttons Cons: Not really a con, but a desired feature: switch to headset automatically when call comes in. Plantronics actually sells a 'phone lifter' for this. But come on, in this day someone should be able to come up with a better solution.
