Pros: Works great with Cisco IP Communicator.
Overall build quality is good.
Comes with little charging stand.
Comes with it's own Bluetooth USB receiver; great when using with IPC or possibly any other IP Phone software (Skyp...etc...)

Cons: Earpiece inserts may be uncomfortable for some users... but comes with 3 different sizes to choose from!

Other Thoughts: Works well enough with Blackberry 8830, 8330 - just keep line of sight between phone and earpiece.

Tech Level: somewhat high - Ownership: 1 month to 1 year

Pros: Good design, comfortable, noise filter works well

Cons: The first unit I bought worked OK but after a wile would not hold a charge then it would not take a charge and to follow the charger would not stay attached-sent it back and second unit still would not hold the charge it was advertised to do and this one connects and disconnects wile wearing it so some calls are not on the phone or head set and have to turn off set to take call.

Other Thoughts: The system seems to be a good idea but plantronics need to work out some more bugs. I must say there customer service is wonderful though I just sent it back and before it even reached them I recived the new one (Hmmmmm) anyway would I buy this unit again----NO
would I buy from plantronics again----absolutely.
