Upon ordering from Newegg that is all one can tell for the first few days. Cons: Funny packaging. All in oriental, jammed in a box with a tablecloth, (?) somewhat cutting into the ear cushion. Weird. Other Thoughts: Now Newegg. The headset comes with a quick-connect half of a cable, that you can plug nowhere except into the other half not included. Not only Newegg does not help by advising, which parts you may want to order with the product to be able to use it, it is not even selling the piece. (66268-03 with a reg headset jack) So you order it elsewhere paying double shipping. Cute. During the 1 day shipping, the price went down $12. I asked if they wanted to adjust it or give an RMA I got some only this one time as a tremendous favor. Common. (When I pur4chased it it was not the cheapest - out of customer loyalty. Pros: It's sleek, looks good on me, the mic can be positioned for use on either side of your skull, the mic swings out and up, the noise-canceling actually works (this was a huge need in my work environment), and it sounds amazing. I have been on the phones at my present employer for 3 years, using the "basic" company-provided Plantronics headsets. These rival the last 2 I have been using. You also can't beat the fact that it is $60 cheaper on this e-tailer's (NewEgg) web site. I am very impressed w/ the quality of this product. It looks as good as it performs, and my co-workers are jealous. Cons: NONE TO REPORT! Other Thoughts: I know feel like I get the full use out of my AVAYA phone system. The existing, company-provided Plantronics amplifier works well my new headset. I actually enjoy going to work again (LOL) now that I can hear my clients in total clarity, my voice is clearer (and louder), and it's completely comfortable to wear.
