Pros: better mic then the one on my phone, hands free, no batteries to charge or change, volume controls for ear and mic,

Cons: this is my fourth headset because after a year or so the wire goes bad right at the plug for the phone. but for the money it can't be beaten.

Pros: The ear piece is comfortably padded. I can hear the caller just fine. Mute switch and volume switches for both the microphone and the earpiece are on the cord. Easily accessible.

Cons: Callers have difficulty hearing me with this headset. It creates static on the line and the microphone is on a rigid arm, making it difficult to adjust the position in relation to my mouth.

Other Thoughts: I have used many Plantronics headsets over the years.

Pros: It's works fine for the most part

Cons: After a couple weeks of use, the connections around the audio controls start to cause the audio to get choppy when I'm shifting the cable. Feels cheap.

Other Thoughts: Ended up getting a savi 700 wireless headset. Pretty expensive, but it's super awesome for a headset.

Pros: Good fit on head. Microphone picks up VERY well.

Cons: The box on the cord to adjust the volume, mike volume, and mute is TINY and hard to move the buttons

Other Thoughts: Talking clearly through a headphone is VERY important to me. Hubby and I compared 2 different ones for about the same price and THIS one far excelled the other.

Pros: I work from home 100% and am on conference calls daily for hours. This is the best headset I have found that uses the 2.5mm jack. It is comfortable, I am heard crystal clear, and the convenience of the mute and volume on the cord is invaluable.

Cons: I tend to go through them in about 6 months. I have never tried to take advantage of the 2 year warranty so I buy a few at a time.

Pros: Works very well, no more holding my phone, sound is clear, has volume contol, and is comfortable. I would definetly recommend. Newegg shipping was very fast too.

Pros: This is a lightweight, functional, excellent sound quality headset. I have bought several of these over the last couple of years and get them for my coworkers. The controls are effective and it is reliable. People say the sound is much better than when I use the cordless phone without the headset.

Cons: When you clip the mute button/volume control thing to your shirt, then the long cable between it and the headset can get in the way, and actually after about a year, one of mine eventually had the wire/rubber bend and wear to the point of becoming detached from the switch.

Pros: Very inexpensive. Has inline volume control for the mike and also the ear piece. Has a inline mute button that I find to be the most valuable option while you are sitting on conference calls. I have used a number of different headsets and this is the finest, clearest, headset I have used. The volume is excellent. I don't think anyone purchasing this headset will be disappointed.

Cons: The only thing I disliked about this headset is that it does not have a clip for you to clip the cord to your collar or to your shirt. I took the clip off of another headset to use on the cord and now it is perfect. The in-line control is placed very far down the cord, so far that it seems like it was added as an afterthought. There is a clip on that control, but I haven't ever used it because of where the control is situated.

Other Thoughts: This is the second headset like this that I have purchased and I am still using the first one after several months of ever day use. The strap that goes over the head seems a bit flimsy, but it hasn't failed me yet and seems fine. I find the earpiece to be very comfortable and considering that I wear the headset most of the day that is very important to me. I think that this is a GREAT buy and I don't usually rate things this high.
