Cons: Does not work as stated with 'all Plantronics Headsets'. If your headset base requires a right-angled plug for the lifter connection this unit WILL NOT WORK. This unit comes with a straight plug which pushes the base up off of any flat surface and makes the whole headset base unstable. I'm returning this one for the 60961-32 unit instead.
