After unplugging it and plugging it back in several times. I got it to connect. Then when I unplugged it and moved it, it stopped working again. Totally unreliable. Pros: None

Cons: The base unit was DOA. The phone line did not work on the base unit at all. After unplugging it and plugging it back in several times. I got it to connect. Then when I unplugged it and moved it, it stopped working again. Totally unreliable.

Other Thoughts: I am upset that I have to pay for shipping on a defective item.
