This Savi 745 automatically routes mobile audio to whichever device you pick up – headset or mobile phone. It also easily transfers audio between headset and mobile phone to take calls on-the-road. The UC presence automatically updated when on a PC, mobile or desk phone call. Conference in up to three additional headsets and guests can continue through multiple calls. With a deluxe charging cradle kit included, the talk time is unlimited, no worry about power off.
Superb wireless technology With cutting-edge DECT 6.0 (Digital Enhanced Cordless Communications) technology, the Savi 745 operates in the 1.9GHz frequency range to eliminate interference caused by radio signals from mobile phones, Wi-Fi or other wireless devices, delivering enhanced voice clarity, roaming range and security when making phone calls. Thus, you can multitask, hands-free up to 350 feet (100 meters) between your headset and the base. The Savi 745 also features the latest Bluetooth 2.1 technology for enhanced audio transmission between your mobile phone and the base.
Premium sound quality Advanced wideband audio using CAT-iq technology allows for high definition voice quality. Noise-canceling microphone reduces background noise interruptions, ensuring great audio quality and easing listener fatigue. N/A 6/28/2012 5:10:50 PM Tech Level: 5/5 Ownership: 4/5	Rating: 5/5Awesome work headset Pros: Long range Electronic handset functionality (works without a lifter if you have the right phone or cable to go with it) Clarity Battery life Built in charger and extra battery on this model Connects to PC, Desk Phone, and mobile phone via bluetooth with one headset. Buttons have good tactile feedback on this model. Wearable as over the ear or over the head (monaural) or behind the head with included accessories. Configurable to bring up Siri on an iPhone. I work in a datacenter and this thing has been amazing. It has a lot more range than the older models my coworkers bought 2 years ago. I can walk around and get all my calls or be on webex meetings. Battery lasts around 6 hours on a wideband call, 8 on a narrowband. I loved this thing so much I got the over-the-head 710 model for home use from Newegg. Cons: Over-the-head attachment is a little bit on the flimsy side so if you are sure you want OTH style without the option to change, buy the 710 instead. Similarly if you want over-the-head with both ears covered, get the 720. Other Thoughts: For Cisco phones, buy the EHS cable to go with it and you may have to get your VoIP admin to enable the electronic handset pickup feature or it will hangup the headset (not the call) after 30 seconds. Very easy to setup and connect. Range is excellent, reaches throughout my entire house and outside. So far battery lasts all day, haven't even used the spare battery yet. Cons: none Other Thoughts: The headset is attached to an AT&T 2-line phone with bluetooth using the HL-10 handset lifter and to my computer. With this single headset, I'm able to answer calls from Lync2010, Skype, my primary Cell phone, the 2 lines and Cell phone for a total of six different call sources.
