Pros: Speedball & Woodsball play fields, create custom fields, the more you win, the more money you get to buy better gear, coupled with the Zapper the controller feels like a semi-real marker (see cons), pretty realistic game play.
Cons: I've only used this game with a Zapper, and the controls are not comfortable at all! To move your player, you use the Nunchuck; then the remote aims your gun. Not too bad right? well you also have to use the buttons on the top of the remote to control your player so if you have really long fingers, it might not be so bad. This contol setup makes gameplay very difficult in my opinion.
Other Thoughts: Maybe i have been off the paintball turf too long (2004) but i'd imagine you don't lose the feel of holding/firing a marker.
I feel that the Wii is not very good at shooting games becasue of the controller setup. i am traditionally a WASD PC player so i may just not be used to the FPS controls of a Wii.
If you like the game of paintball, this game is great so long as you can adjust to the controls. I also suggest buying the Zapper becasue free-hand is a pain!
