5 out of 5 eggsExcellent!

Pros: This game is excellent in that it is fairly challenging, though still possible for most players. It makes good use of the Wii-mote. The scenarios are pretty exciting and don't tend to get old too fast.

Cons: The story is pretty cheesy.

Other Thoughts: This game is not suitable for younger children, I think it'd be too hard.

3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Fun for a while, decent story.

Cons: Direct Port of the DS Game (only supports 480i) with a few added levels. Terrible dialog between operations.

Other Thoughts: Not great, not terrible but worth a try.

4 out of 5 eggsEntertaining

Pros: Fun game that shows off what you can do with the Wii remote pretty well. Addictive game play I have redone operations 4 times to get better "grades".

Cons: Cannot get above a C rank on the first operation and I have chained the whole thing through. When an operation ends badly they could of come up with something just a bit better than what they did.

Other Thoughts: Game expects you to figure stuff out pretty quick but its not horribly steep learning curve. This is not really a kiddy type game at all will take some thinking on occasion.

4 out of 5 eggsVery addicting, great plot

Pros: Very addicting. The idea for this game was very creative- I've never seen a similar game. Conjunction with the Wii remote makes this a great game. The plot is also creative and well thought out.

Cons: Your assistant doesn't always tell you how to do some procedures- you're almost expected to know how to do some of them beforehand. You'll probably have to look up some stuff on walkthroughs online.

Other Thoughts: I haven't played the one for the DS, but I heard that it's practically the same thing.

Overall this is a great game. It's probably the best game out for the Wii right now.

4 out of 5 eggsGood Game

Pros: VERY ADDICTIVE GAMEPLAY! This is the 3rd game I have for the Wii and its a very nice game. The game is in sinc nicely with the Wii remote. Its like your really doing it because one false move and the nurse really lets you know about it. I would reccomend getting this game to add to your stack. Its fun, and easy to play. Considering the limited amount of games out for the Wii , this is one of your better games out there besides Zelda and a couple others.

Cons: Its more funny to me then anything else, but when its time for surgery the guy will throw his hand out there "Ready for work!" lol the Nurse gets anoying after the 5th time you go in with a shard of glass instead of pulling it out. And she tells on you alot also! T.R.a.M.p!

Other Thoughts: 4.5 out of 5 eggs. Buy this game , its not the best in the world , but its a cool game and you will get hooked and enjoy playing it, and im really iffy about the games I buy, I try to stay away from the more kiddy like games, even though this is a cartoon look to it, get it anyway. my old lady made me buy it, and it turned out to be a good decision.

4 out of 5 eggsAddicting

Pros: addicting gameplay so far... fun as you have to multi-task and think ahead to your next task in order to keep your operation running and your patient alive

Cons: story line crude. annoying dialogue between characters gets monotonous after time... seems like they rushed this released

Other Thoughts: the potential for the wii is interesting! if they could lose nintendo cartoonish approach and make more life-like, this game would be insane! worth picking up.
