Fun!
- Pros: Unlike other resident evil games it is pure shooting game. Controls on Wii is awesome match with this game. Graphic is superb for Wii games. 2 player modes is awesome! If you are fan of Resident Evil, this will be good without a doubt.
- Cons: You can't play 2 player mode in all of the missions. It is kind of short to finish the game, but you can continually replay for different reasons (different difficulties, weapon upgrades, story line). Hard to hit a critical strike.
Zombies, dogs and tyrants? Oh my!
- Pros: The concept of shooting zombies first person is very cool. The way the Wii-mote acts as a gun is really cool and makes the game feel more realistic(Controls are very arcade-like). Fills in some gaps in the story that the other games don't cover.
- Cons: It's a lot like the older games it was made from, but the problem is it isn't enough like them. They change some stuff in the story around. Also, I've noticed that it's sometimes hard to reload. The game itself is kinda hard as well.
- Other Thoughts: The Wii Zapper actually makes it harder to play this game in my opinion.

RE Fan
- Pros: Pretty cool game, lots of zombies to shoot. Loads relatively quickly as well. Pistol has unlimited ammo.
- Cons: HARD! Whether you play 1 or 2 player, the difficulty is the same. It's easier with 2 players for sure.
You can't control your movement. Auto controlled which I didn't really like in the game. Otherwise pretty fun. Should've had a Tommy gun with unlimited ammo! : - D
a review of what happened from resident evil zero- resident evil 3 and more, with a few cuttings
- Pros: what is good about this game is that it tells the story of what happened in resident evil zero to a few parts beyond that of resident evil 3. there are a few added stories here and there, such as weskers mysterious story but there are a few problems if you compared them to the actual resident evil stories.
the game is a rail shooter, that is it goes from point a to point b on it's own, while you shoot things that are coming your way. with the analog controller, you can slightly move the focused screen to any direction you'd like but it doesn't do much for the player because it's still going from point a to point b.
there's a good amount of weapon selection and upgrades as well as some hidden stuff to find.
- Cons: the game is bad in such that you don't have control of anything. the entire game plays as an interactive movie and that is very bad. if a monster comes your way, you have to destroy it, knock it down by hitting weak points or simply take the hit. there is no other way around it.
overall, the game feels shallow as it doesn't feel satisfying when you blast a monster to bits.
- Other Thoughts: sometimes you put so much effort in shooting a monsters weak point [zombies head for instance] and suddenly the camera shifts. the question comes into mind as to what is the point of having these ideas and features if these sort of things [sudden shift of the camera] is going to break that. i find that it's pointless in making those critical shots, so i just simply shoot the easy target, their torso.
these type of games aren't worth the price if it is higher then $20. for this game, it should be sold for $15 or less. resident evil 4, now that game is worth $20!
RE-Umbrella Chronicles
- Pros: Plenty of Action, Upgradeable Weapons, story and bosses fit from original games, good amount of hidden items/boards/characters
- Cons: What is odd to me is that the game didn't tone it down for 1 player. When you play with 2 players, you get double the health and the same # of enemies and bosses have the same amount of HP it seems. Very frustrating for those of us that have to play alone.
- Other Thoughts: If you are an RE fan, I would get it. I'm not usually an FPS or a side scrolling gamer, but this one is well worth a try at least.
Expect to get frustrated now and again.
