Table Tennis Wii Game ROCKSTAR

Pros: Wii motion controls are fun. I got it on sale for $10 at a local store.

Cons: So many it would be hard to mention to a list a few the game has horrible controls, the players body blocks your view of about 60% of your side of the table, graphics aren't as good a previous gen low budget games, and there isn't much to it like any other sports game. First of all the camera is horrible if you leave it in the default position the players body blocks your view of the ball as its coming towards you about 50% of the time. The graphics have also been really toned down from the other versions of the game first of all no crowd, and your in a dark room with all of maybe a border of signs about 5 feet away around the table, and the character models look like below that of a PS2 sports game launch title. The controls are also not very well laid out and the use of the motion sensors weren't well utilized and feel inaccurate half the time.

Other Thoughts: I found the wii sports resort table tennis a lot better although a bit basic but at least they have an excuse for that and its fun. As for this game it feels like a horrid port of the version that released on other consoles with toned down graphics and a badly done control system. Overall this game was horrible and if you want to play some decent table tennis which actually works well with the wiimote then get wii sports resorts and you'll get just that a a bundle of other decent games.

Pros: Fun game play, good graphics for the type of game it is.

Cons: Over-priced. Game play is fun but can be confusing and frustrating.

Other Thoughts: It's a great game but look for it used. If you REALLY want a ping pong game, take the plunge you won't be terribly disappointed.
