Fun game, but not without flaws.
- Pros: -Very fun game for the price.
-Classic rail shooting arcade fun. -Impossible to get lost in and very easy for non-gamers to pick up and play. -Pick up and play gameplay of course. -Has a funny Quentin Tarantino style storyline to it.
- Cons: -Very short, completed it in less than three hours.
-Loads of F-bombs. I mean after every word on here. -Gameplay stopping glitches. Serious glitches that prevent you from moving forward within the story.
- Other Thoughts: I love this game and for those fans of classic arcade rail shooters should thoroughly enjoy it as well. The story line is humorous, but kind of crude so not exactly kid friendly (which kids shouldn't be playing due to the M rating). The biggest fault I have with this game is the ground stopping glitches. These glitches can appear anywhere and prevent you from progressing along. There is virtually no moving/walking around on the game so it takes you from one spot to the next. So when you encounter one of these glitches, the fixes range from restarting the level without the shotgun (oh noes!), resetting the wii and replaying the level, to even restarting your save file over again. Do the search yourself if you need to see proof (example: Fetid Grounds glitch for house of the dead).
Very fun game, but would not recommend due to the game stopping glitches.
Ok game...little easy
- Pros: Good gameplay, funny dialog, good Wii controls (gun pointing, etc)
- Cons: Easy and too short. Not good at all for kids because of vulgar language (which I found hilarious but I'm sure a parent buying this for a 11 year old won't)
- Other Thoughts: I rented this through GameFly and glad I did. It's not that it's really easy...it's just way too short. Well...it's a little easy. Worth $20, not worth $50 - $60.
Fun, Cheesey, FOUL language
- Pros: Fun on-rails zombie shooter. Simple, easy-to-play. One of the few games my wife will play with me.
- Cons: None really, it is what it is.
- Other Thoughts: Intentionally campy and over-the-top foul language.

Pulp Funk Horror Zombie cool, one of the most popular shooter classics injected with a whole new retro b-movie look.
An utterly in-your-face zombie-dismembering blast Non-stop light-gun style action on Wii, blow apart zombies for high-score thrills.
Superb co-op action on Wii Bring a friend and play the game as intended in your own buddy action movie as two of the meanest mofos in video gaming.
Relentless, gore-drenched, over-the-top action Only the coolest, most cold-hearted agent’s going to keep his head against the zombie flood. Use “Slow-Mofo Time” to make the perfect head-popping shot and “Evil Eye” to spot moments of opportunity that’ll send the whole environment up in flames.
Wiimote reactions Get knee-deep in the dead with motion-sensitive Wii-controls. Shuck a shotgun and when the zombies get too close, pistol whip jaws off or cave some heads in with the stock of your pump-action – all in stomach-churning close-up. |
