5 out of 5 eggsIt is not messing around

Pros: Fast. Very, very fast with a healthy overclock. Image quality is excellent. The cooler on it is very effective and reasonably quiet even at higher RPM settings.

Cons: This card is huge, which is to be expected from a high-end card, but it undoubtedly will not fit in some cases. Make sure your case has enough space.

Other Thoughts: This is the best card I've owned, and I've had some good ones in their heyday (NV 7950GT & 9800GTX and this generation's Radeon 7850). For the price of this 7950, you will get a seriously fast piece of hardware, with excellent cooling, that will overclock to such an extent that you will be far surpassing 7970/GTX680 performance levels.

This card was built to be overclocked. I have this one set to 1100mhz core/1350mhz mem (using Sapphire Trixx), and it has done it with no fuss, cool temps and solid stability, and I'm quite sure it could go higher with little issue. 3DMark11 gives my current machine a P8067 score with the OC'ed 7950, which is a phenomenal score for a one-card set-up. In games, the performance is similarly solid. So far, I have tested it with Bioshock Infinite maxed, WoW on Ultra, and Skyrim maxed out along with some pretty hefty graphics mods, and this card maintains cool temps and no lag to speak of at 1920x1080 resolution.

HIS has built a winner here. It is a card that is fast enough with stock clocks, but once OC'ed, it is faster than almost any stock card you could buy right now. This includes the more expensive 7970, GTX680, and probably comes dangerously close to GTX780 levels of performance.

Bottom line is, this card is a beast, and if you're not afraid to OC your hardware (and this card begs you to do it), you are going to get a ridiculous level of performance for $300. Highly recommended.

5 out of 5 eggsGood Choice

Pros: Great probduct with a very substantial feel. This is not like some of those cables that feel like they would easily kink or rip. This feels like something Sir Edmund Hillary would have used to climb Everest while maintaining a solid network connection.

Cons: I should have ordered more.

4 out of 5 eggsRelatively problem free

Pros: The printer installed easily enough, considering the reputation of wireless printers being a bear to install. Under windows 8, the smart install wizard made the process relatively pain free. After plugging in and turning on the printer, and connecting the usb cable, the smart installer showed up in "Computer" and I was able to start the installer from there. After accepting license terms and some files were copied/extracted, the installer asks to choose wired or wireless installation. I chose wireless, and the installer asks a couple of questions about manual or automatic connection (I went with manual) and then asks about which network to use nearby. I chose our network, put in the key when asked, and then the installer pre-installed the drivers and then handed over the install to the OS after being asked to unplug the usb cable. After that the installer advertised hp-eprint which I declined, and the installation was done.
Windows 7 was connected next from a second computer, which was also very easy in that I downloaded the host-based (smaller footprint) driver and extracted the compressed file(see cons) and was able to choose the printer which was found by windows automatically on the network.
On a third computer I installed the printer with Kubuntu by going to settings-->System Settings and choosing printers under hardware. From there I tried to install an hp-cups driver which failed to print a test page. After cancelling the print job, power cycling the printer and deleting the installed printer, I installed the printer manually using the ip address and a foomatic print driver for this model printer.

Cons: I did do a firmware update, and was only successful after plugging in the usb cable again and changing the port for the printer to usb. The firmware update would not install over the wireless.
Also, when I tried to install in Windows 7 with the host-based driver it initially asked me to plug the printer in through usb; I declined and had to extract the driver manually and point the windows 7 printer installer to the resulting folder manually.

Other Thoughts: With some previous experience installing printers, this was an easy install.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome CPU Heatsink!

Pros: This thing keeps my i5-3570k (@ 4.4GHz) running at average of 60 degrees! I have two corsair SP120s hooked up to it with my fan controller and I never need to go over 50% power while gaming. I also like the way it looks in my case.

Cons: No cons but see other thoughts.

Other Thoughts: I suggest you lay everything out and really plan out the installation. I had to re-try twice because I tried rushing through it without double checking things. Mostly the retention screws weren't in the middle slot for all of them and I tried fixing it while it was through the heatsink. xD Cooler Master looks out though because they give you a nice supply of thermal compound in case you have to reset it. This is definitely 100% MY fault because I was rushing through it so think of me as impatient.

5/5 would buy again!

5 out of 5 eggsTeam C125 64GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive Model TC12564GB01

Pros: Small, no caps, made of aluminum and can easily be carried with key chain. Think I might order a couple more.

Cons: Slow transfer speeds but not a big deal for me since most of the stuff I put on it are documents/PDF files/Pictures. Comes formatted in FAT32.

Other Thoughts: Great for everyday use to transfer files between computers/work/school. Can be carried with keys on keychain without getting damaged.

5 out of 5 eggsNice budget card.

Pros: I didn't have troubles with the drivers so thats a plus! The card sounds awesome compared to on board audio and makes my speakers and headphones sound awesome. The software is also really awesome and allows you to do a lot. It's also very easy to use and looks good. Also the bracket goes really well with my case (Corsair 200R) It's kind of a dark smokey grey color It looks really nice.

Cons: Technically this isn't a Con since it's suppose to do it. But when I first plugged it in and switched to my FP headers I heard a "click" noise. I googled "Asus xonar dg click sound" and found out that it's actually normal and Asus does that on purpose. It's not that loud, and barely noticeable anymore though.

Also I did have one problem from the first time I tried it. When I hooked up my speakers and tried some music, the left speaker wouldn't put out any sound. I tried making sure it wasn't my speaker so I disabled the Xonar card and hooked my speakers to my onboard audio which the speakers worked fine. I then tried disabling the onboard audio through the BIOS and after that it worked and I haven't had a single problem since.

Other Thoughts: TL;DR - This card is great for a budget. The drivers worked perfectly for me and I had no problems setting it up. Theres a small "click" when switching to the FP audio but it's not annoying or anything. I couldn't get my left speaker to put out any sound when I first tried. But after disabling my onboard audio it was fixed and I haven't had any problems since. I would recommend this card to anyone with a low budget however for $50 you can get the Xonar DS and $10 more the DSX which I think I should have done. But either way I do not regret this purchase as I have nothing really to complain about!

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome Card

Pros: very good performance
easy installation (like almost all other gpu's)
just overall and great mid ranged card
Runs most games on High, if not ultra with 40+FPS
CoD Fanboys: Runs CoD with 70+FPS on single gpu
Runs BF3 on high with 60+ FPS

Cons: noothing really.
In my opinion, you actually get more than what you pay for

Other Thoughts: I bought 2 of these and i have them in crossfire. They run ANYTHING on high settings with easily 60+ FPS. Defenetily a geat buy if you want to go with a crossfire set up, or if you 0just wawnt one, it is also worth every penny.

5 out of 5 eggsBetter

Pros: Works great in Sim City and some maps in StarCraft II. Better than other cards have done. I don't over clock so I can't say how that is. I do however suggest this card now..

Cons: I still lag in StarCraft II. Only on some maps. But then again I read that most people do even with the GTX 680. So it's not this card.

Other Thoughts: I did a review that there were no pros, well let me update since then. Some people have said that they had issues and then it worked itself out, well apparently mine did the same. I have not had that issue anymore of the screen going blank. It is actually working better now than it did. Maybe it does take some time to break in and maybe I wrote the review too soon.

5 out of 5 eggsm5a99fx - six months later

Pros: Everything tested functions and continues to function.

Cons: Not sure how I felt about only one RAM clip and just a notch on the other side. It worked but was awkward sliding the sticks in.

Other Thoughts: First desktop build. I bought this to pair with a FX-6200. I have not tried overclocking, but looking at the AI Suite II software that comes with it there is a "levelup" button in Auto Tuning which automatically overclocks. So maybe one day I'll try that but right now the CPU handles everything fine. Hyper 212 Evo installed fine on it with four low-profile RAM sticks.
