Must buy for platformer fans.
- Pros: Fun game, that has a good gameplay. The levels are huge so it will take you a hour to do everything (if you want to that is), an well worth the money as it's pretty inexpensive at NewEgg compared to others.
- Cons: I hate that I have flick the wiimote to jump...why not just make it so I can press a button!
- Other Thoughts: I didn't think this game would be that much fun, I can't put it down and I have a lot other games to play on the Wii at the moment but I keep coming back to this one.
Cute Little Game--Fun and Engaging
- Pros: This game is very entertaining. It's easy enough for kids to play, but it can also be challenging for adults. It requires a little more dexterity as the player progresses through the different levels. I'm not a "serious" gamer and I'm not a big fan of the violent, weapons-oriented, or fighting games. I like unusual games and those that are more "family-friendly." This one fits the bill. There's something indescribably engaging (almost addicting) about mixing colors, painting colorless buildings, and meeting the little challenges along the way. Most of the help and skill instructions are pretty clear.
- Cons: I agree that it may be a little to expensive for families trying to entertain themselves but save a little money. Some play requirements are not as much a "given" as the game's designers may have assumed. For example, could use a little more instruction on how to do certaing things, like roll along the walls of the buildings or hop up on tall structures.
- Other Thoughts: The game is great for kids. Try it. If it's your type of game, you'll be playing for hours.

As de Blob, the player uses the city as a playground by rolling and bouncing through the streets crushing as many Leech Bots as possible. The Leech Bots are the machines/creatures that extract color from the city and carry this "liquid color" inside them. To restore color to the city de Blob crushes the Leech Bots, absorbs the pigment they carry, and uses the pigment/paint to color everything it touches.
de Blob is forced to take on the evil INKT Corporation agents who want the world devoid of color because "color is a crime!" Constantly under attack, the Blob in his own quirky way fights back. Rolling, bouncing and crushing are his weapons!
The object is to color and/or stencil as many buildings in the city as possible while avoiding the enemy. Race against time moving at Blob speed, or choose your own pace. The city is a canvas and de Blob is your paint brush!
