The video content is well done and the help provided to learn exercises is great. It also takes advantage of the Wii balance board if you have one. Cons: This games locks up after you start a 30 day work out plan. You can do basic things after it starts to lock up. THQ is aware of the issue along with issues on the Xbox 360 version. It is also slow on controls from time to time. Other Thoughts: Until the technical issues are resolved by THQ stay away from this game.
