Cons: Like everyone else said, this thing came in a regular bubble mailer, this isn't in a regular plastic case but in a thin cardboard type material and when I opened it the corners were crushed and was bent and had creases all over the place. When I order a collector/special edition from other online retailers, even if its one small item they send it to me in a freaking box....cmon newegg 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful. Box wise it was perfect. I'm guessing they got the hint. But mine came in a fairly larger than neccesary box and was well wrapped. No harm to the nice book like case the artbook and game came in. Actually kind of like the voice acting. Haven't played enough to form a really firm opinion on everything. I may revise this in a week or two. Soundtrack and artbook really are great bonus's . The characters are charming, the gameplay quick and snappy using manual combat, and the environments richly detailed and beautifully mesmerizing. There's also an art book and soundtrack packed in a beautiful box. Cons: Sadly, the beautiful box was crushed a bit. Do note, it wasn't crushed everywhere, mostly just on one corner, where the corner tore due to the pressure. I could've complained about it, but I didn't feel like sending it back and waiting. If it was worse, though, I probably would've. This isn't the first time a game's been crushed while in transit from Newegg. I also ordered Max Payne 3 and it was demolished, with a cracked up case, torn artwork, etc. I was disappointed, but Newegg's customer service was great. I do order a lot from Newegg, so having an issue every once in a while isn't so bad, but I wish they'd use better packaging for games in cardboard boxes and stuff. I mean, come on, they put my order of 50 CD-R's that cost $6.99 in a nice box. A worthy bookend to the Wii Library..........but Cons: I agree with the comment before mine. The shipping protection was insufficient (bubble envelope?) for this type of game package. Its cardboard guys. PUT IT IN A BOX. Mine was only slightly hit on the corner. It it was severely damaged, it would be going back. Other Thoughts: This is not the first time I've experienced this from Newegg. I love Newegg, I love the selection, deals, etc. But I've received games that look like they've been stepped on. A bubble envelope, for most games in a hard case, is sufficient. But it won't cut it for special edition packaging, as that packaging is THE MAIN REASON WHY PEOPLE BUY SPECIAL EDITIONS. Cons: This "collectors edition" came in bubble envelope packaging which was severely lacking protection and was damaged. Very disappointed in the packaging. will not order special editions from newegg anymore. Please use common sense Other Thoughts: When I order special editions, I expect good packaging.
