Old school
- Pros: Great to bring that old school feel back to the wii.
The controler fits very nice in my hand and its very confterble. It is wireless once you hook it up to your standared wii remote.
- Cons: It is not compatible with all the Wii games specially the new super mario brothers wii.
If you only own 1 wii regular remote and want to get this to play 2 players then your fooling your self. This remote actually plugs into your reg wii remote like the nunchucks do so it actually takes over the remote.
Worthless Controllers
- Pros: The controller is well-made (good solid plastic case, sturdy buttons, etc...)
- Cons: This controller is pretty much worthless. I got it to play Donkey Kong SNES version but I realize I could have used a GameCube Controller and it would also allow me to play gamecube games. This caca is worthless and non-refundable.
- Other Thoughts: Wish I could return for credit and replace with something else AT LEAST.
Durable and stuff
- Pros: Sturdy controllers, simple design. I bought 4 of these to use with Brawl, and we've put them through quite a bit of use. They haven't broken yet, which is far more than I can say about my gamecube controllers.
Also easy to store, thanks to the short cord. No more knot practice in my controller bin.
- Cons: Since pretty much only use these for brawl, I would have rather had the joystick in the primary position, rather than the d-pad, but I guess it wouldn't be so classic if they did that. The extra reach is a little awkward at first, but pretty easy to get used to.
- Other Thoughts: Don't expect these to work with gamecube games, because they don't.
