I love this game!
- Pros: To put it simply, it's just fun! Much better and more challenging than the DS version; and now it has a two-player cook-off part of the game in which you compete in an Iron Chef kind of manner! This is a game that takes full advantage of the Wiimote's features. It's probably even more fun if you enjoy cooking in the real world as well, like I do.
- Cons: May not be for everyone. If you're not sure if this game is for you, I'd recommend renting it first. The woman who did the voice of Mama's Engrish voice got a tad annoying after awhile.
- Other Thoughts: Like a lot of Nintendo's games, it looks like a kids' game at first glance. But you'll soon learn that it's fun no matter how old you are (and this is coming from a 22-year-old male). I wish they found a way to make use of the nunchuk though.

cooking mama
- Pros: Something to do if your extremely bored!
- Cons: It is the most boring game i own.. all you do is put things in a pan and stri them up for no reason because you can not ever do it to mama standards. There is no competition or business involved like i believed there was. There is nothing exciting about this game! I would not recommend this game to anyone.
- Pros: Great family game. Purchased for sister. Has tons of fun playing with all her friends.
- Cons: Sister has a game that she can beat me at.
Not That Great
- Pros: Nothing really.
- Cons: It's kind of fun for the first 2 times...in a party setting...with lots of alcohol. I suppose it could be fun for younger children as well, but I found it to respond horribly to the controls, there are minimal directions to explain what you have to do, and everything is timed so by the time you figure out what you have to do, you've already failed. Many of the entrees are off-the-wall stuff that I've never heard of before, but I guess that's where the international part comes in, not that it really matters, since the gameplay is boring and repetitive, oh and other than the main menus, everything is spoken and written in Japanese.
- Other Thoughts: I was very disappointed in this game. I don't know if it's indicative of the series, but I was definitely hoping for a little more, even for a budget title.
