More than likely the most enjoyable way to lose weight
- Pros: Excercises that work every muscle in your body such as yoga, strenght building and aerobics (all you have to do is try each one of the excercises and see which you like best to build your own routine), I've lost about 20 lbs since I started using Wii Fit 2 months ago just doing the Advance Step (which you have to unlock) an hour daily after breakfast and lunch.
- Cons: The Advance Step could use a little more difficulty, other than that .. it's actually a great way to work out
- Other Thoughts: You might want to either buy something to raise the Wii Board for added height and a bigger challenge when doing the step excercises

Fun way to stay active
- Pros: Fun way to get in shape and have fun doing it! Really helps you challenge yourself.
- Cons: No connectivity to anyone else over the Internet via the Wii Fit software if you want to get some healthy competition going.
- Other Thoughts: The feature of being able to weigh other things is cool for our newborn so we can see how much she weighs between doctor visits.
