5 out of 5 eggsgreat for family and kids

Pros: It great for family and kids.
Wii U GamePad controller really sturdy and function after often drop on the floor when kids play. Fun to play some game but bit lack expand more games.

Cons: limit games library.
Wii U GamePad controller have short battery hours.
not much hardcore games.

Other Thoughts: I would recommend get deluxe WII U console that have 32GB onboard for bit ease when add some download games. After that you will need buy external usb storage if you tend to do heavy download games.

I do own ps3 and Wii U console even near future purchase PS4. both have pros and cons but still great to play. PC still superior but when come with family and people who play together then console.

5 out of 5 eggsGood Price

Pros: Unless Nintendo decides to do a price drop, this is pretty much the best Wii U deal you can get right now (barring any sales/coupons, etc).

For $50 more than the basic package you get one of the best reviewed games for the console, a pro controller, more storage and Nintendo Land. Can't go wrong. It's a Nintendo console so you know what to expect... Zelda, Metroid, all of the Nintendo 1st party exclusives you know will be good.

Cons: If you're like me and you buy this console right now, you're waiting a few months for the big holiday releases. There's been a bit of a drought lately in terms of game releases, and third party support is lacking.

Other Thoughts: Come 2013 holiday season there will be some great releases, but at this very second, there are only a handful of must-have titles available.

5 out of 5 eggsDeal!

Pros: -The price: as I'm writing this the price has mysteriously increased to $400, but with amazing Newegg deals I was able to get it for $351! Normally it's $390, which is still an amazing deal.

-Gameplay: the two games that come with it are well chosen and use the new gamepad intuitively. Both have great single and multiplayer modes (note that none are online).

-Online: Services such as Miiverse, TVii and Eshop are great!

-Shipping: FREE

Cons: -Load times: the time between apps is long, but supposedly this is getting fixed via a two-part patch this year. Slow for now though.

-Glossy finish: fingerprints EVERYWHERE.

-Eshop: could use a little polish (doesn't tell you download size before you download).

Other Thoughts: -Didn't have to charge controllers right out of the box like another one of the reviews mentioned.

-Games are still a little sparse (depending on taste). For me, it was the perfect timing to get caught up on launch titles while playing games like Monster Hunter and Mighty Switch Force until games like Pikmin 3, Bayonetta 2, and Mario Kart arrive. Other buyers may want to wait a few more months.

-ZombiU is far better than reviewers made it out to be if you're into old-school survival horrors like Resident Evil: Remake and Resident Evil 2. If you're more of a CoD Zombies kind of guy you may actually agree with reviewers though.

4 out of 5 eggsWii with HD graphics and a new type of controller

Pros: The gamepad opens new gameplay options but so far haven't played a game that has made the game pad truly shine (both Zombie U and Nintendo Land are ok but not great).

The combo is great because of the value. I was able to get it at $350 + no tax so it was a pretty good deal. :)

Cons: You can't play the Wii games without Wii controllers which cost over $30 and that takes away from the value of the combo.

That and the fact that the Wii services are separate from the Wii U ones, makes for a not very compelling argument, specially since the Wii U game selection is so limited at the moment.

5 out of 5 eggsIncredible! Totally worth it!

Pros: 1. The Wii U is an amazing system by itself, but the ZombiU Deluxe Set comes with a bigger hardrive, and the amazing game, ZombiU, which is one of the best games I've played in years.
2. The system is fairly fast, loads quickly, and works great most of the time.
3. It's just a great system, with great games like Pikmin 3, ZombiU and much more.

Cons: 1.Froze a couple times, not often, just a couple times in about 3 days.
2. The downloads are pretty slow, I mean my internet isn't great but I can download a 3 gig game on my laptop in just a couple maybe a few hours, on the WiiU it took a lot longer.
3. Had to download Nintendoland which took a little setting up with the internet before I could play it.

Other Thoughts: As mentioned in the cons, this set comes with Nintendoland, but if you don't have access to the internet you won't be able to download it which means you won't be able to play it. Other than that it's worth it for the money and ZombiU is one hell of a game.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome!

Pros: The price has got to be the best reason to buy this.
Everything works great. Comes packaged very nice and neat. Shipping was extremely fast and awesome. :)

Cons: You have to charge the gamepad and controller fully before first use.

Other Thoughts: Comes with the console, a wii pro controller, the ZOMBIU game, nintendo land, the touch screen gamepad, charging cradle and non-charging cradle for gamepad, charging cable for pro controller and the sensor bar.
