Marking the first true sequel in Squaresoft's popular RPG series, the story of Final Fantasy X-2 picks up two years after the events that took place in Final Fantasy X. Following the young and powerful Summoner Yuna's quest to rid Spira of the destructive force known as Sin, the world enters into a period known as the "Eternal Calm".

During this moment of change, the people of Spira have shunned the once-sacred teachings of Yevon, and embraced the use of the formerly forbidden machina. While many of Spira's inhabitants are enjoying this time of peace, evidence of the High Summoner Yuna's lost love Tidus surfaces, prompting her to begin a new quest to find him.

3 out of 5 eggsWhy?

Pros: I like the mission based gameplay. Equipping and using abilities is kinda cool. Looks nice...

Cons: Annoying story, the singing and dancing coulda been left to DDR and the like. Just a sad excuse for a FF game. I've played all but FF3 and 11(the online one). This is my first time being saddened by one of the series.

Other Thoughts: I gave it away!!!

3 out of 5 eggsNice Game - Poor Sequal

Pros: Very nice Game play.
I remember when in the FF series (1-9) if everyone Charged The ATB at the same time, They would take turns to attack. However here They can all attack at the same time or even Chain Combo them.
Excellent Graphics.
Good Replay value, hard to get 100% on first shot without Guides.

Cons: Poor Storyline follow-up to FFX.
Basically you go on an Adventure looking for video spheres that resemble a man that LOOKS like Tidus from FFX.
Extremely Non-Linear Storyline Confusing to follow.

Other Thoughts: For those that like Games that make you select a mission and then complete it, Then this might be a good RPG game for you.
This game have Tons of Side quests and will take like 60+ hours to beat, but if you only do the actual missions, then its only 20- Hours of play.

4 out of 5 eggsPretty Good Game

Comments: This was a good follow up to Final Fantasy X with pretty fun gameplay features like the dress spheres. A must play for fans of Final Fantasy.

5 out of 5 eggs

Comments: Finally! a sequel to a Final Fantasy. Final Fantasy X was my favorite RPG of all time. This game gets rid of the sphere grid and got back to the classical RPG style. The graphics are amazing, better then the first. The fighting is more intense and fun. You wiill recoginize many things from FFX. Some of the places are exactly the same but looks a bit better. BesT RPG so far, as great as FFX.
