It easily fills a small-medium room. I'm a bit of a Playstation fanboy, so I thought I'd go for it. I wasn't disappointed - anyone who takes their Vita seriously should have one of these, given their price, despite cons. Cons: The unit overrides the Vita volume display, but doesn't replace it with anything. In other words, there's no "bar" to tell you where you have the sound set. Also, the volume up/down buttons do very little when clicked, so it's better to hold them down to change the volume. Finally, though this may be nitpicking, the Vita still falls asleep while on the stand. I wish there were a setting to keep the Vita's screen awake as long as it's plugged in to the Nyko.
