The Force is with you in Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga. All six episodes of the epic movie series have been brought together in 36 story missions where you can play as any of 162 characters – rendered as Legos Minifigs. Journey through the worlds of the Star Wars Universe in a light-hearted romp that takes you from the Jungle of Naboo to the Forests of Endor with pod races, space battles and exotic planets in between.

Switch between characters from all of the movies as you continue your adventure. Other players can join or leave the game as you travel through the worlds and events of the Trilogy and for the first time, you can play with an online partner. Each character type has special abilities needed to overcome obstacles and enemies. Anakin Skywalker and his son, Luke can use their force powers to move objects and disable enemies or, they can disassemble their foes with their lightsabers. Princess Leia can blast enemies from far away while C3-PO opens a locked door. Disguise yourself with a Stormtrooper helmet to access forbidden areas.The upgraded Character Customizer includes all Prequel Trilogy characters for the first time, while also expanding its customization options well beyond those in LEGO Star Wars II, for millions more possibilities. Create cross-Trilogy mash-up characters like Han Windu and Lando Amidala.

Acquire golden bricks, minikits and other objects to build items needed to complete your quest. Puzzles unlock mysteries and you can roam freely throughout the bright, plastic worlds – rendered in full 1080p resolution - with iconic vehicles which you can steer with the motion-sensing Sixaxis. Which means its combined up of the other games, I think 1/2/3 are mixed in on it. Cons: Its the greatest hits version. The red case ones like wal-mar* sells. This might have just been my copy also. Other Thoughts: Great buy for a hard to find game. No local store in my area carries this game. Even the gamesto* website didn't show a copy available at the time I got this. We play every night. Pros - easy for "younglings". Lots of levels. Long play time - we've been playing for I think almost 2 months and we are only at 60%. Its fun as an adult to go through all the movies as the game play kinda mirrors the movie plots. Cons: Cons - none I can think of. Yes the graphics are simple and controls are simple but I think that is the what makes this game appeal to youngsters. Other Thoughts: Have to say newegg shipping has improved. When they were using UPS my stuff would always arrive late even with 3 day guarantee shipping. Now with DHL I noticed that things are quicker. Pros: Legos and Stars Wars...well that just about sums it up :) Cons: A glitch was found when I fell below a bridge and kept reappearing beneath it causing me to fall back down to my death. The only way to stop the perpetual agony was to Drop Out and then come back in. No worries...just a heads up for QA. A great game for the family. If you like legos, or Star Wars, you will love this game. For the price, there are no better values for the PS3. Weeks worth of gameplay and replay. (I can't help but giggle every time C-3PO loses a limb.) The multi-player modes are entertaining. There's also a Death Stars worth of extras and game modes to keep the replay factor high. At first, most of the puzzles will seem pretty simple, but later, when your trying to unlock extras, you'll find some serious 'head-scratchers'. And since it covers all six movies, there's easily 30+ hours of play time. Most important, watching Lego bricks explode across the screen is fun no matter how old you are! Cons: Graphics and sound are definitely designed for last generation hardware, but that doesn't effect the enjoyability of the game. The vehicle missions are a little weak in my book, mostly because of the rather annoying controls. Other Thoughts: Rated E games that both kids and adults enjoy are hard to come by, especially when it comes to licensed IPs. Not to mention most E games with multi-player break down to variations of Mario Party. (Which is fine, if you like Mario Party.) With this game, it's (mostly) about team work. And what's more fun than teaming up with your kid to save the universe? (Besides blasting Jawas...) The game's got a serious cute factor to it, but in my opinion, that actually adds to the enjoyment of it instead of lowering it. Heck, even Lego Darth Maul is cute. (A scary thought.)
