Unreal Tournament is back after three years and it still packs the same hypercharged gameplay players have come to expect from the series. Unreal Tournament 3 remains fresh for the fight. A single player campaign serves to warm you up for the online experience as you take part in all-out corporate war between in a number of different battle areas. Take on AI controlled enemies with your own squad of bots. The bots can each be fully customized with adjustable skill levels, appearances, accuracy, situational awareness and preferred weapons. While the novice setting will give you a slaughterhouse frag-fest, assigning the bots godlike prowess will give you relentless enemies who are likely to get you first.
The new Unreal Engine 3 is the heart of the game and it delivers graphics and effects accompanied by crisp, clear audio. The game will scale to your system's capabilities so you can still have a rapid-fire game of holocaust without the highly-tuned custom rig.
Unreal is all about multi-player gaming and all six modes of gameplay cater to that – including the new vehicle worlds where you can ride an unarmed hoverboard, drive a tentacled walker or bring death from above in an aircraft. The large modding community is already hard at work with user-generated maps and other content already available. Whether you prefer the close-in Impact Hammer or the guided devastation that is the Redeemer, death is always close at hand.

Frantic and Addicting
- Pros: Amazing graphics, great gameplay, frantic and addicting online multiplayer. You can also use a Keyboard/Mouse instead of the Sixaxis for better control. There are already downloadable mods/maps, high replay value.
- Cons: Even though this game supports 1080i, it doesn't look as good in 1080i as it does in 720p. Single-player is more of a tutorial, but that's to be expected, this is Unreal "Tournament".
- Other Thoughts: Don't expect much from the single-player story wise. It's more of a tutorial for the game. Besides that, online is great! Also, pick up a keyboard/mouse combo, it's that much better.
UT3
- Pros: Beautifully fast. For those who hate Halo 3(which you should) and want a faster paced game than COD4, UT3 is an attractive game. More people online than expected(never played a PS3 game online though)
- Cons: Main character looks exactly like Marcus Fenix from Gears of War. Other guy looks like Coletrain. Overpowered guns(meh...happens in all games; I'm just not used to it yet). NO CHARACTER BASED ATTRIBUTES :(
- Other Thoughts: Haven't tried out any of the vehicles, but I bet they make the fastest FPS on the market even faster. Non-stop thrill ride. LEARN TO USE THE TRANSLOCATOR, PEOPLE!!

- Pros: Its Unreal Tournament 3 for PS3. Has mouse/keyboard support.
- Cons: None.
- Other Thoughts: Not a lot of people still playing.
Fun
- Pros: Ive played Unreal Tourney when it first came out years back. Haven't played in a while so this was a pretty good experience. Gameplay is still the same (why fix what's not broke?) but the graphics are definitely waaaay better. Game is fast and exciting. Awesome.
- Cons: None really. The sensitivity is a bit tricky, Im not that used playing FPS on consoles.
- Other Thoughts: Good fun game. At $15, you can't go wrong.
- Pros: It's fun if you love the previous Unreal Tournament games
- Cons: No offline split-screen multiplayer
