For the ones I was simply unable to play myself I would watch a playthrough since I really enjoy Tales Of Stories. None of them are really that deep mind you but, for me they've always been fun. This game was no exception. Once you reach adult hood the game kicks into fun gear. The voice acting is great; even better than some of the dubbed animes that come on Tv and it really helps to bring the characters to life. The main protagonist is a lot different from your usual can-do characters and I found that refreshing. I like to see main characters with doubts and the game does a good job of making Asbel feel human along with the rest of the cast. Anyway you won't find a mind blowing story with this game but what you will find is something that is a lot of fun. Cons: If there are any cons to this game I'd have to say that "normal" is more like easy. The learning curve for the battle system isn't that steep at all so if you take a bit to get used to things like that you shouldn't have to worry with this game. I had to bump my difficulty up to moderate to feel like I'm even getting some of kind of challenge. Other Thoughts: Its a good game and you won't be disappointed if you buy it. Whether its your first time trying out the Tales Of series or if you've been following the series since its inception the game has something for everyone. Looking at the cover and a few gameplay video won't help you know them. When I first saw the trailer and casts, I said they were unlikable lol, but getting the real game and learn about them as well as the plot, it was amazing. The battle system also was so much better in their adulthood compare to their childhood which they only have basic attacks while their adulthood, the battle was fast and you can learn skills and arts. Cons: It start kind of slow because you will have to play their childhood for a few hours first to learn how their childhood friendship start. Cons: - Maybe be too long to hold some gamers attention, as the game does drag during some parts. - When bosses are incapable of flinching, combat can get frustrating.
