The Eye of Judgment is a unique combination of strategy card game and battle, played out with real cards and the use of the next-gen EyeToy camera. presents a new style of gameplay where the player.
Through use of a 3' x 3' board and trading cards -- each encrypted with "cybercode" -- players conquer the field by selecting a card and placing the "cybercode" in front of the EyeToy camera for their respective character to come to life and battle. Each character has various skillsets, which will determine the outcome of the battle. Players take turns to place cards as they jostle for control of the board; the winner is the first player to capture five of the nine squares. The Eye of Judgment presents the player with more than 30 cards, as well as unique online and offline gameplay.
Pros: It's poker and chess combined with pretty graphic simulated through the PS3 camera. Awesome strategy game and addictive. This is a must have for all PS3 owner because it adds variety to your game collection. This game has proven that realistic graphic, DOESN'T (key word),
Cons: This is not really a con but something little to mention about. Make sure you have good lighting even though the camera has a feature for low light condition.
Other Thoughts: Please consider that an add on is already out to take advantage of all these new booster cards that are already out. I believe they're over 100 cards or more. In order to use these card you will have to pay a small price (I believe $15 to utilize these new cards). I didn't mind and purchased a 36 pack booster card along with the add on from Sony's site through my PS3. Some people complain about this but to me, it doesn't bother me. Beside, it adds complexity and more strategies to the game. Get this game now!

MTG - This is for you
Pros: Strong Strategy feel, ability to plan moves out, and anticipate your opponents moves. A thinking game with some pretty graphics. Those that like to collect cards and put together full sets will have the opportunity to do so with this game. There are a number of communities online that facilitate card trades. The ability to put together multiple decks, and try different strategies. Finding opponents online definately ads to the length of time that I will be playing this game. In addition to a global leader board.
Cons: The game comes with a default starter deck. Everyone's starter deck is exactly the same. Which pretty much requires you to at least buy some cards to improve the selection of cards at your disposal. Yes the rarer cards tend to be more powerful, but many of them are limited to how many you can have in your deck down to just one. When playing some newer opponents some people will take an incredibly long time to take their turn. Yes it's maxed out at 3min, but 3 minutes can seem like forever when the move is obvious. Others will disconnect right when they are about to lose a match, which doesn't save them from the loss, but does rob the inevitable winner from their well deserved win.
Other Thoughts: I was apprehensive in the gimmicky nature of this game. A Camera? A play surface? But in my situation where I don't have the time to go out and play MtG with a number of friends, this is great... I can build my decks, trade cards, and then play online opponents, while playing with my 9 month old son behind me... it's a win - win situation :)

Call me Yugi
Pros: It's as close as you can currently get to being Yugi/Ash. The gameplay itself is fun and there are levels of strategy that give it depth. This is my 10 year old and my wife's favorite PS3 game. Ratchet is 2nd.
Cons: People can forge cards, so online play with other people can be hit or miss. NewEgg doesn't carry booster packs or decks.
Other Thoughts: Play with the screen on a projector for extra fun, even if you have to go to 480.
