Take advantage of the Auger rifle which shoots through walls – with the bullets being more powerful afterwards. Or, go for the simpler approach with different kinds of grenades - both human and Chimeran types. Fight your way through different environments including an abandoned Air Force Base. Choose to go to war as a Heavy Weapons Specialist, Sniper or Medic and take on skill points challenges to enhance your combat ability.

Use the motion-sensing PS3 controller to shake off enemies who grapple with you or beat out flames from a near miss. Weapons, opponents and the environments are rendered with breathtaking realism along with images of your fellow Black Ops comrades. Up to 60 players can play together online in a variety of multi-player modes. In some modes, 4 to 8 man squads will each be tasked with unique objectives and compete simultaneously. Cons: The framerate can skip online when there are too many people and/or monsters. It's can only display up to 720p. Cons: Sure the competitive piece is really addicting, but it is very casual compared to R1. I remember looking at my stats after reaching level 60 and my K/D ratio? 2.21. If you play FPS's alot, this game is so easy your first game you will be +10. Single player is bad. Plain and simple, just wanted to stop playing halfway through. Nonstop action sounds good...but it can get really boring and frustrating. Other Thoughts: I spent 50+ hours on the competitive part, beat the singleplayer, and although the SP is pretty bad, the MP can get really fun and rewarding if your that type of player. I didn't like single player before playing this game, now I'm a convert to a good single player game. Hard to find them with this level of intensity though. INCREDIBLE details. Love mix of aliens and zombie like creatures. Fun! Epic scale battles and interesting story. Wish the last level/scene with powers lasted longer. Was really fun (won't spoil it) Cons: I like playing the "legendary" or hardest difficulty to make a game last. The difficulty was weak. Once you beat it, it unlocked the hardest difficulty level which was still weak compared to the previous versions tough. This was a good balance I supposed, but i didn't like that you had to beat the game to unlock the brutal setting for playing. Online play gets old quick. Fun, just gets old. Don't play if you get motion sickness, very rapid jerky movements in game. I was fine with it, but some friends weren't. Other Thoughts: Great game, replay value isn't great, but heh, you bought it for the single player amazing experince... it just doesn't last long enough. Did you find this review helpful? Graphics are improved from the previous one and for anyone that things its bad then go buy yourself a hd tv/ hdmi. After you beat it on hard they have some neat features to play with on super human. Online game play is awesome. Co-op first off has a great system that forces players to work as a team. Communication is a great tool for co-op. Skirmishes are pretty intense and for anyone that believes people are cheating.... i would recommend learning how to play Cons: As far as im concerned the only issue i have network error during game play. could just be my wireless but who knows. overall the game is spectacular.
