N/A 8/29/2011 5:29:38 AM Tech Level: 5/5 Ownership: 4/5 Verified Owner	Rating: 4/5Good, but not great Pros: Graphics and animations are great. Road to the Show (rtts) is incredibly addicting. Love the analog pitching, especially in rtts. Tons of settings to adjust if you wish. Parks look great, but as usual, don't expect the crowd to look too good. Cons: While the animations are great, linking two animations together can be a little iffy. lots of popping and awkward movements can occur. Loading times are pretty bad. Can be very annoying when starting rtts as a since you will be a reliever/bench player and only pitch and inning or two or have one at bat. Commentary is... decent. Other Thoughts: While there are more cons than pros, MLB 11: The Show is the best baseball game on the market right now, however, it's not difficult when going up against 2k11. I cant speak to the online portion of the game, but overall, if you're a fan of baseball games and can deal with some glitches, you should enjoy this game. Did you find this review helpful? Cons: You must use stick to swing in higher game levels. Somethimes I just like to mash the X button to hit. Other Thoughts: Homerun derby with the MOVE controller is great.... Ja 4/11/2011 9:05:45 PM Tech Level: 4/5 Ownership: 3/5	Rating: 5/5Best Baseball Game Pros: I think the MLB the Show series is much more fun to play than the 2k series if you have a PS3. This is the 3rd version of the Show that I have played, second that I have owned and it is the best yet. Graphics and gameplay are smooth and realistic. Adjustable settings offer as much or as little depth as you could want. Cons: Not too much different from 2010, but if you are the kind of person that is going to put 60+ hrs of gameplay into it, go for it. Did you find this review helpful? I would not recommend picking up this game for another month or so. There are lots of issues with basic gameplay. Certain circumstances where you can't throw out a runner, homerun rules not being followed, etc. Online play is not much fun as the game lags even on a decent connection. Other Thoughts: Well, SCEA has a strong support team and listens to customers. Hopefully in a month or so most of these issues will be fixed. 2 out of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you?
