This game is way more fun to play on split screen. If you have a buddy who loves to play shooting games as much as you do but don't have PS3, get this game and get him or her to come over to your place and have a blast time killing a bunch of aliens! The weapons in this game are sick, its fun just to freeze 4 guys with the cryogun and blow them into chunks. just like uncharted and infamous this should also be a must have game for someone who is just picking up a ps3 or already owns one. Cons: the only con i have is the ending to the campaign was a little weak it left me wanting more. kinda like they left it open for another game but i herd insomniac is done with resistance so idk. I personally like it alot and oh the last couple of levels are RESISTANCE FEELING LEVELS. Just Awesome Cons: Newegg didnt even ship this out of their wherehouse until thursday. Did they have to run out to the stores to buy them. Yeah I choose free shipping but I didnt even get the game until monday. Other Thoughts: I end up buying the game on a friday and enjoy the cr*p outta of it over the weekend. Leveling up my guns are fun as hell. Buy the game its really a great game. Pros: -Gripping story with characters you actually care about -An interesting twist near the end -Variety of environments including sewers, cities, snow, rail shooting train section, keep things interesting -Multiplayer is awesome, lots of unlocks/progression opportunities and fun game types -Guns are a blast! Insomniac knows how to make interesting and fun weapons -Weapon upgrades in multiplayer and campaign -Encourages multiple playthroughs with lots of trophies which earn rewards like cheats, concept art, and videos -Local or online co-op campaign Cons: -Killstreak balance in multiplayer slightly favors Chimera (3 kills gets you temporaty invisibility that is extremely effective, humans just get a shield) -No co-op multiplayer mode like R2 where you could have split screen online Other Thoughts: Its a great game and I definitely recommend it if you liked the other two Did you find this review helpful?
