SONY Playstation 3D Display

Pros: I've had this display for over a year. Bought it from best buy last February. Work flawlessly on my ps3. Currently building a PC to use with it so I'm expecting it to shine on PC as well.

Cons: Has a little blink issue very rarely. Screen goes black for 1.5 seconds once or twice a week. Seriously not an issue at all.

Other Thoughts: Thinking about getting 2 more for surround gaming XD. Of course I'm getting all my parts from new egg now lol.
Will do reviews once I get everything and run it for a month at least.

Pros: This is a sleek looking display with a pretty decent picture. It works on my ps3 and my pc up to 1920x1080 via a dvi-hdmi adapter and the hdmi included in the box. The 3d works well on both systems. The Simulview works great, it is very cool to have a full screen for each of 2 players. Sony's support was very efficient and had no out of pockets costs.

Cons: There is no remote control so any changes must be made at the displays side panel. All of the buttons are on the back of the display which can make adjusting the picture through the menu tricky to navigate. The sound is not very good in my opinion but I am also a bit of an audio nut. The screen and the display's housing are shiny and reflective which is very distracting especially in 3d. The glasses included are uncomfortable. The glasses need to be charged constantly so a second pair of glasses is highly recomended. My display also developed an issue where the screen would go blank for a few seconds at random and had to be sent in for service.

Other Thoughts: I don't really know if this monitor truly does 240hz or even 120hz for gaming, or video(besides 60hz 3d). It might, but every thing is locked at 60hz. So if it really does you can't really use it anyway.

Pros: I'm using this as a monitor for my PC as well as a display for my Xbox and PS3. It fits very well in a small room and very crisp and clean display.

Cons: No remote control.

Pros: -Good resolution
-Easy Set up
-3D works like a charm and 3D glasses are comfortable to wear
-Already comes with an HDMI cable
-Automatically turns off when no connection to device is detected to save electricity

Cons: -Glossy screen can lead to glare issues
-Sound played through the built in speakers starts to crack at higher volumes

Other Thoughts: A great set up for any PS3 owner. I honestly love how it can turn on and off with my PS3. Ties my gaming center together nicely.

Pros: The picture quality is excellent. I recently bought a new Samsung HDMI and the colors were so inaccurate that I had to return it. This is nearly perfect right out of the box!

This will impress in both 2D and 3D.

The display has great colors and contrast, nice and even coverage.

It's LED so it uses very little wattage.

24" display is perfect for a personal display or small room, but don't expect to have this fill a huge livingroom. You'd probably want a 42" or larger model for that.

The build quality appears to be excellent. Much sturdier than recent LED displays of late. It's very much a PlayStation style product. If you love the looks of a PSP or Vita you will love the looks of this.

Cons: There are very few cons, but here they are:
1. It's a high gloss screen. It looks amazing in low light situations, but I think you would see a lot of reflecting otherwise. I use this mostly at night in my bedroom so it's perfect.

2. Reading through the reviews on this display can be scary. There are quite a lot of dying or burned out models it seems. It's only been a couple weeks so I can't really say either way. If something happens I will be sure to report back and edit this review (as long as I can). My recommendation would be to buy a warranty with it. I was able to buy a 4 year Square Trade warranty for only $20 (look for a coupon!).

3. The speakers are not that great, but it's like this with pretty much every HDTV. They are better than most in this size class though.

4. The 3D glasses are very snug on the back of your head. This may bother some people.

Other Thoughts: For the price you would be hard pressed to find another 24" 3D LED display of this quality. Let alone receive a free game (Motostorm Apocalpyse), HDMi cable, and 3D glasses. It's a heck of a deal!

Pros: Great picture quality
Great for new 3D users (such as myself)
Includes HDMI cable
Good audio quality
Switching from a 40" to this display wasn't as hard as I thought it would be
1080p looks great

Cons: -Screen blanking ISSUE;
-No remote included
-Glossy screen can get annoying
-3D glasses can get uncomfortable after continuous play

Other Thoughts: i found that replacing the stock HDMI cable with a monster HDMI cable FIXED the screen blanking ISSUE!!!

Pros: I bought this just to try the 3d gamin stuff, don take my tears out but was a good experience, the image is nice, the HD awesome, sound average good for one hour gaming per day no more, then start the Cons.

Cons: Frequent black-outs during usage, gets hotter, other post say that putting a HDD cooler in the back near the ventilation holes, can solve this issue

Pros: I've had no problems at all with my Sony Playstation 3D Display. I use it as my third display, so it get's moved around from computer to ps3 wherever I would like a larger screen than my laptop. I use it as a moniter for netflix most of the time, but I've had no problems with the 3d functionality. I think for a dorm room or just another room in the house, it is the perfect moniter. I think the sound is phenomenal for its size as well.

Cons: I have the older PS3 remote, which was made way before these things were dreamed up, so I have to use the buttons on the remote to access them. I would suggest getting the new PS3 remote, as they are just as annoying as the buttons on any flatscreen tv.

Other Thoughts: I want to buy 2 or three of these just to have, but I know it is kind of impractical.

Pros: -very bright, a lot brighter then my LG monitor
-I like the style its looks like a psp
-It was considered a good price for 3D monitor during the time I bought it. But I never used the 3D myself.

Cons: -buttons are at the back of the screen, consider buying a remote control.
-only tested speaker when i first got it, and never use it again. but i think my cheap speaker have better sound.
-the stand can only be adjusted like 5 degree BACKWARD. I have to put a book under the stand for the angle when I watch movie on my bed
-Screen black out once a while

Other Thoughts: I got the screen black out problem just like many others. It does that randomly especially when i am playing battlefield. I know its not a setting problem because me and my friend bought one at best buy at the same time and his have no problem.
