Tom Clancy's elite counterterrorism squad is back in Sin City in Rainbow 6 Las Vegas 2. You take on the role of Bishop, a veteran member of Rainbow and you can customize his appearance. Take on the challenges – set before and after the events in Rainbow 6 Vegas – solo or in co-op play. Experience points are earned in all game modes, whether online or offline. You or a friend can jump in or out at any time – without affecting the storyline.
Go beyond the neon glow of Vegas at night with real time day/night cycles and missions that take you into the seedier side of Vegas in the scorching sun, the Nevada desert at sundown and around the world. The environments are sharply rendered and destructible. Soft cover can be penetrated by weapons fire, so be careful where you take cover. The game adapts to your style with "Advanced Combat Enhancement and Specialization" or ACES which tracks your kills and unlocks weapons that best fit your combat style, whether marksman, assault or close-quarter combatant.
Take the fight online with additional maps and 2 new game modes including "Attack and Defend." Three difficulty levels, plus improved online matchmaking and ranking make it easier to locate and join online games already underway - putting you in the thick of the action. This Collector's Edition package includes a Rainbow Six Vegas 2 poker chip key chain, extensive interview, strategy and insider videos as well as a look at the development of the game along with a sneak preview of gameplay in the upcoming "Tom Clancy's EndWar" game.
Pros: Free add-ons/upgrades in attempts to give you a better playing experence.
Cons: There are no real improvement to single player as well as multiplayer for this to be vegas 2 becides a few new game modes, maps and sprint
Other Thoughts: They should have just sold this as an add-on to the original vegas because of other better games out eg. Call Of Duty 4
