Pros: Before we get started. I bought this at an Airforce base for when I get home. But thought I can give a review. The PX21 is amazingly comfy, I recommend it so much. It is also really good on pc!!!! Love it

Cons: After wearing it awhile in hot Flordia weather, it made it stinky. But there's two ways to solve this... Put like something you love to smell... Or shave of your head

Pros: Sound great

Cons: the right ear broke off after only 5 mos. I used them with only 3 days of total playing time.

Other Thoughts: I'm off to buy the Sony Pulse Elites.

Pros: 1. Good sound. Speaker Frequency Response: 20Hz - 20kHz, >120dB SPL @ 1kHz

2. Easy to use and quick to access control box for adjusting specific sound needs.

Cons: Faulty design experienced by many users in sound failing in one or both speakers due to bad solder coming loose. Experienced DIY users can attempt to open and re-solder. As I found it easier, when they were still sold in store, to purchase a new headset and return the old headset back as defective.

Cons: Build quality is horrendous - I got sick of sending them back for a for yet another new pair. so I just epoxied both earcups on so I don't have to worry about them breaking. Make very sure you don't pull on the cords at ALL, very weak wire connections, they will disconnect inside the earcup or volume control.

Other Thoughts: I got this set when they were $150, I wouldn't waste my money at the current price, not worth the frustration. I'm currently on my third set of these and all three have fallen apart.

Pros: I was simply looking to replace a broken hard drive and was surprised with the drive. It ended up being an upgrade at replacement price.

Cons: No concerns as of yet.

Pros: Amazing sound quality, bass is pretty good for PC the quality is amazing!

A chat boost fix or on/off option in PC for crucial gaming moments!
i do not know if this helps with other people but i found while playing some PC games the voice chat boost to be annoying when i wanted to hear the game and not someone talking when in crucial gaming moments!

hey for future people who are complainers of the headset on the PC of the chat boost being annoying and no on/off switch, here is what i came up with and posted in my very positive/ way around to limit the chat boost on newegg review but ill past it below, just to like help other people out as well..


turn voice boost down or at least not be sooo annoying while trying to hear the game and have your friends be a whisper and not louder than the game, i found that one should...
--set the game volume to 100/100 loud in the desktop! (turtle beach digital) i think its called
-set the game volume to cranked to minimum to not hurt the ears on the turtle beach headset

--set the voice volume to 2/100 on the desktop! (analogue - turtle beach) i think its called
-set the voice volume to cranked all the way up so its max is maxed loud on the turtle beach head set volume (on the cord)

I found that when this is set!!!! the automatic voice chat boost (which is the main feature and is great when needed but annoying when you don't want it and cant turn it off) is now limited because it can not bring the mic volume output in the head phones higher because you already have them maxed out in the head set!!!!!!!!! So you can finally turn your game volume up as loud as you want and your mic output of other people talking will stay at a constant!!!!!!!

Cons: this product needs chat boost option on/off switch
however there is a PC work around posted in the PROS!!!!

Other Thoughts: this PC head set is the best!! my friend had his for 3 years now and it still works, so i bought one and its the GREATSESTSSTETSS!!!

Pros: Sounds great and does the job

Cons: I payed an extra $2.99 or what ever it is for the fast processing however i didnt receive fast processing and because of the new years it spand even more than the regular 3 day processing, so there was no point in paying that extra money because the service wasent what i payed for seeing it took the max amount of time that a normal purchase takes. Due to the slow prossesing the shipment was then delayed even more because of the weekend. If things had been processed faster, like what i payed for the rating would be much higher. I have made many orders with newegg and have spend thousands on the website and have never found this problem until now.
plus the headset was a little uncomfortable and there is a white static sound even when the volume is low or off.

Not my best purchase from newegg, however there is little wrong with the actual product.

Pros: This is a great headset i love them. The simulated surround is decent. The mic is awesome i never had any one complain about my voice volume. They work on ps3, xbox 360 and pc but limited function on inline settings on pc not huge issue

Cons: Not many cons, At first the headset hurts your ears but you get used to it and after week or so the pain isn't there anymore. After a years use the right earphone stopped working. It seams to be a issue in the wire i can jiggle it and works again. This isn't a big issue i used this headset intensely the whole year with lots of game hours logged on them. I couldn't expect more then a year with how i used them

Cons: I bought this a while back and could never use it (stupidly threw out the packaging and stupidly didnt demand a refund).

Static is a reported issue on these and is severe enough to damage the eats with NOTHING turned up. It's at least as loud as a microwave beside your ears all the time. I strongly suggest avoiding this product.

Other Thoughts: Personally I wont touch a turtle beach product after this first and last experience.
