5 out of 5 eggsTune it!

Pros: Best range. We use this in a church sanctuary that's 130' from platform to receiver, and it's the only remote that we've found to work. (The receiver is mounted high in a window above the congregation's heads.)

Cons: After changing the batteries last time, we couldn't get the unit to connect even after resetting the receiver. I got on to purchase another one, and saw the review above. I came in today, held the right arrow for 10 seconds and we were back in business. There's no documentation or information on Interlink's website, so thanks for the tip Sweetbeet!

5 out of 5 eggsTunning this device

Pros: Do you want the computer in the back to show the same thing as the one sitting on the podium? You can buy more usb recievers for this and advance two computers at once using the tunning method listed under other thoughts.

Cons: NONE After we learned how to run it

Other Thoughts: I hear complains that this is unreliable-- We had the same thing until we were shown how to fix it. When you first plug in the USB you need to PUSH AND HOLD the power point forward arrow botton and after about 10 seconds of HOLDING IT DOWN a red light will come on around the buttons! Your tunned and ready to go! This will insure that they are reading each other right. YOU can tune two recievers to the same remote hit it once and it advances two computers!

5 out of 5 eggsMost reliable unit I've used

Pros: Excellent range; quiet (no audible clicking); batteries last a long time.

Cons: Laser is weak; mouse feature is challenging to control.

Other Thoughts: I've got the 4300, which I believe is the same handheld unit with a revised receiver.

I've used a lot of remotes. This has the best range and is the most reliable of any I've used. The buttons don't wear out, and they don't make noise (except for one, which you don't need to use). Batteries seem to last forever.

I don't use lasers, so I don't much care that the laser is dim. I do wish the mouse trackpoint was easier to control -- it is either very slow or very fast -- but it does work.

The receiver for my 4300 offers 32MB of flash storage; it's not clear whether the 4350 upgraded that storage or eliminated it altogether.

I'm tickled pink with this and would definitely buy another. I'm so confident that I don't have to look back at the screen to see whether the slide advanced, and that's clearly worth the price premium.

5 out of 5 eggsSurprised

Pros: Good distance coverage , lightweight and comfortable to hold, plug n play no setup required very easy to use.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I was kind of concerned when I purchased this item based on some of the negative reviews. This item is being used approximately 75 feet from the PC that has the USB receiver and is in a room closed off by a wall. Have had absolutely no problems with its performance or its quality.

1 out of 5 eggsFrustrating

Pros: Shiny.Simple layout.

Cons: Totally unreliable. Sometimes works, more often user has to mash the buttons repeatedly and move around to get it to advance PowerPoint slides (even 10' from receiver). Back button usually doesn't work in PowerPoint. Laser pointer is so small it is nearly invisible. Software is required, not plug n play. Software doesn't help. $xxx?
My organization bought two, and same issues plague both. Fresh batteries don't cure it.

Other Thoughts: Make it plug-n-play, requiring no software to perform basic functions. Make it perform those functions reliably.

4 out of 5 eggsNice device

Comments: Overall it is a nice device. Although I was sent a non-working unit. Called Interlink and they RMA'd the unit with no problem.
