Pros: Easy set up, intuitive software/online account so it remembers your settings. good button placement.

Other Thoughts: Ok as I read all the reviews, I was a bit skeptical of this purchase. Well let me lay your concerns to rest. I have a lot of hi-end audio / entertainment equipment and this remote is an par compaired to ANY other remote I have ever had. I kick myself for not having this sooner. The set up took about 15 minutes, then walked over to my system, pushed an activity and low and behold, worked like a charm. There was one slight glitch but the remote askes you on your first time, "is everything on" then goes through a step by step yes/no question list. When that list was done....... list took 10 seconds to complete by the way, everything was set perfectly. My wife flipped out!! So did I, but now I looked like a genious to her, so I'm not telling her how I did it. Thank you logitec. Oh and the price was incredible. The remote saying refurbished was completely flawless. So put your mind at ease, and buy this if your even "remotly" on the fence!!! You wont be dissapointed. Software updates itself

Pros: With the web software programming, I now control every function of my TV, home theater receiver, and DVR cable box. Does things my original TV remote didn't like direct video input access. On the original remote I had to cycle through 7 inputs. Now i could just press HDMI2. The remote is light, compact, attractive and fairly easy to learn button location.
Cons: Have to press two buttons to access devices (press devices button then select specific device). I prefer the old-school row of buttons for TV, cable, receiver etc. Because the display is small, you may have to cycle through multiple pages to gain access to specific device functions.
Other Thoughts: The first one I ordered was defective and would freeze on me, but I RMAed it and the new one works great. Fast turnaround. Newegg rocks! Now I can put away 3 remotes(all larger BTW) and can control my receiver again. Yay!.

Pros: Worked great for about 7 mouth
Cons: Worked great for about 7 mouth. now the the vol down button stopped working. Support is horrible, they want $29 bucks just to talk to someone. I tried using the online support and they never get back to you.
Other Thoughts: I have 5 different Logitech products. I will never buy Logitech again !
