Pros: Way too easy setup, perfect picture and video. I own 27 other Dlink cameras of various models, they are all very good in their own way , but the DCS-960l is the cat's meow.

Cons: Weren't you paying attention there are no cons.

Other Thoughts: I'm telling you this camera is SWEET.

Pros: Fast setup, AWESOME wide angle view and the de-warping removes the typical fish-eye distortion, usable motion sensing with notification, local micro-SD storage, adjustable resolution...

Cons: The auto day vs night vision sensing threshold is a little high. Mine stays in night vision (gray scale) when there seems to be more than enough light to switch back to daytime vision (color). You can manually override to day or night, but then it stays in that mode.

Unit also seems a touch flimsy for $150 camera...

Other Thoughts: I'm sure I'm missing something, but I don't see any ability to store/record video footage to an external device like a NAS... It would also be nice to have a pinch/zoom on the mobile apps...

Pros: This DCS-960L camera has replaced my 3 existing D-link cameras in my home for area coverage in one room. I couldn't be happier. The fact that it supports 802.11AC wireless is a bonus. Set up took 1-3 minutes using your iOS device. I plan to get a few more of this model soon.

Other Thoughts: I've had this camera in use for a couple of days and am very happy with it. The picture is clear and you can zoom in the picture on your iphone (can't speek for android devices). I have this camera and 2 others connected to a D-Link DNR-202L - all work perfectly and I can remote in to view the cameras any time I want to. I like the "notification" feature the camera has. You can set the camera to text and email you when it detects sounds or motion. I did have an issue while installing the camera, the Firmware update failed and I could not get the camera to work - GREAT I thought to myself...now I have to contact Tech Support and that is not normally a pleasant experience. Well, I called and got Misha (Case #C6803515) and she was awesome! Very patient with me as I am not the smartest when it comes to computers. It did take some time, but I didn't mind because in the end, my camera was reset and working like a charm. I am very happy with D-Links products and their Customer/Technical Support!!

Pros: Superb night time image. The anti distortion works.
The wireless AC is able to push through the higher frame rates without dropping out. Easy setup with dlink routers.
Up to 128gb micro sdxc. It is really 180 degree viewing angle.

Cons: Runs hot (up to 120F on backside of camera!). Can be difficult to setup even if you know what you are doing with non d-link routers.

Other Thoughts: I couldn't connect to my asus rt ac3200 router (bug in router?) to push button connect with WPS. Saw the wireless network name and password on back of camera - connected to that and logged in. Set up network name/password in wireless setup, and was able to get on that way. Remember - this is wireless only - no network cable interface.

The little mini-infrared lights (2) really do the job of previous generation when dlink would stack many IR lights on their cameras.

I haven't tried daytime, but it's dark enough to stay in night mode all day long here.
