Toshiba is offering the non-wireless IK-WB16A (shown) with PoE. The IK-WB16A-W is wireless but does not have PoE. The recording software allows you to view and record up to sixteen (16) IK-WB16A or IK-WB16A-W cameras. Simple, intuitive setup and playback provides complete surveillance.
update to previous review
Pros: This is an update to my previous review. This camera does work with geovision software even though they say it doesn't. You can purchase a dongle from a geovision reseller and install it utilizing rtsp in the configuration. This method only allows you to view and record NOT to manage it with ptz capabilities. To perform that you'll need to use provided toshiba software or a mobile application. Mobile applications which allow you to control this camera: [Android] IP Cam Viewer Pro, [IPhone] Live Cams Pro - IP Camera Viewer
Cons: Couple of these cameras got hot on me but they still work fine & never crashed. The power plug was also hot but it's drawing exact power company claimed.
Other Thoughts: HD Technology is pricey but if you must have it this is a good option. Keep in mind it doesn't have optical zoom so don't expect great zoom capability. It also doesn't have a heater but this camera is small enough to mount inside a window of a heated room. You might need to make minor modifications to your blinds. If you need excellent detail and zoom capability I would go with something else like a megapixel ptz with optical zoom of at least 20x. Sony, Geovision, Axis and many others build great products in this category but expect to pay more. Geovision is more reasonably priced but the others have some great features & a little better service.

Pros: Camera is solid. Picture quality is what they advertise it as. Easy to install if you have knowledge with networking or cameras. Works right out of box. Compared to competitors this camera is much better. I've purchased and sampled many products over past year & this camera is better for price with what you receive. Toshiba is no stranger to electronics & manufacturer most components that are used to make competitional products. Only made sense to buy from them considering their background and history. I also like the form factor of this camera its small & can be utilized in many applications unlike a box camera which is cumbersome, stationary, & ugly. Compared to other ptz cameras its tiny & cute. Its pan and tilt ability is remarkable. Regardless what specs say it can pan a full 360 degrees just not endless. Tilts more than advertised. Its zoom isn't great but if you want that on a camera with this ability your price goes well over 5k & those cameras are large!
Cons: Only draw back with this product is the literature. Motion detection configuration appears to be quirky & the literature on many levels is not well written. It really fails to elaborate on specifics & doesn't provide good examples. In spite of this I can't conclusively determine if its configured correctly. I've tried many settings but still don't like motion detection. It either runs too much or too little. Given how phone support is these days I can only imagine what my experience will be when I have to call in. The software also lacks many basic features in nvr which most competitors might consider common sense to provide. At times it can get a little confusing as to why they chose to design way they did!
Other Thoughts: My recommendation is to utilize this camera with your favorite software & not use Toshiba software. Problem is locating a competitor who's software recognizes it. I know Geovision & Samsung do not! I haven't tried axis yet. Hands down this camera is better choice if you can find better software.
